Did not know where to turn to.

I was really worried but I got a very quick reply and was given very helpful advice from a very polite and friendly person.
Also a follow up with facts and figures for me to look at.
Eased my worries so much.

No Help

A voucher that I bought had run out due to the person having ill health, I tried to extend for a fee and was told I am too late by 2 weeks and no option to cancel the voucher and issue a new one for a fee. meanwhile they have my money and yes I understand about expiry dates but in exceptional circumstances they should be able to facilitate a new voucher. will not use these again. customer services is non existent.

Bad customer relations

I have gift cards that expired due to health issues I was unable to use and was told quite bluntly that there was no way that I could get these replaced. Not good customer relations.

Ideal present

Although it took a while to arrive it was lovely and well made so worth the wait.
We are very much a forces family and this was ideal.

Disgusting

This company charged me over £100 for putting me in touch with an electrician when I thought they were the electrician.
I pointed out that I would not have paid over £300 for an electrician just to look at the job. I would have contacted the electrician myself not used a go between for that money.

Dear Brenda, either you review the wrong company or you was fully aware of how we operate. All our clients are aware of the cost before we give the service in writing and for you to respond to the text confirming the cost by reply. We believe our business is outstanding in transparency. If you would like to make an official complaint, our email address is martin@ephg.limited. I'm not sure where you got the cost of over £300 from and maybe you had further work done past the hour and charges are not based on just looking. If I'm reading between the lines, we do state in the text message we estimate 90% of call-outs for electrical emergencies being complete on first visit, so my only assumption was that it wasn't an average emergency and further work was required for one reason or another. Conclusion: Client fully accepts costs, engineer arrives then decides they no longer like the cost. On behalf of the company, I'm sorry you feel this way and we don't feel the review is fair on behalf of our clients mistake.

Full refund at last.

It took me months but at long last I have had a full refund from this company but it should not have occurred. This company needs to change how they get business.

Disgusting scammers.

I am still waiting a refund for the money they took without permission . They say they have no record but then tell me how you robbed me if you don’t know me. It’s been months and now ignoring me.

Not transparent

I did not want membership and they never made it clear that I had. No email, no welcome pack which would have alerted me to their intentions and apparently no record of my email address. I have tried to cancel when they took an unagreed payment. I am a pensioner so would not have agreed to continued subscriptions being taken. I want to make sure my name is removed from this site and no more request for payment. Not made easy by the company. How do I make sure this company cancel all information/membership. Avoid this company not helpful.

Very Helpful

I was having trouble downloading the programme and had to contact ZAK and I have to say the response was very quick and helpful.
