Speedy delivery and well packed, item in great condition

Bought an Xbox series X from them and all works fine, the condition of the console is very good. Controller is almost new, so very happy.

Everything is exactly as described and so easy to deal with. Would defo use again!

Easy and cheap

Easy purchase, the account took a short while to become valid but once provisioned I was able to download and play the game on my xbox. Super easy and very good price. Thank you!

Jolly and oh did I say fast?

I wanted to get something that would let me put tea and coffee by my recliner that's functional and would not look cheap. Then I stumbled upon this coffee table and loved the look of it in photos. Initially I wasn't sure as I have never bought from the shop but to my surprise it came FAST, well packed and most importantly fits right in with the other furniture in the living room. Also my cats and wife approve, super pumped!

Absolutely delightful to work with, smooth experience and professional job

We had a great buying experience with Justin at the door store. We were able to view, select and let Justin put together a quote that included everything (hinges, parts, etc.) required for a smooth install.

The prices were fair, generous discount was offered and we were kept up to date on stock availability and times, they were also able to coordinate with my installer Colin from Quinlan Carpentry to pick up and install the 10 doors for us.

The ordering process was easy, the install was well coordinated, neat and professional. There was absolutely nothing to complain here, our house has been transformed with high quality doors, my wife is happy and I am delighted.

Use them if you are prepared to be left hanging the moment you accept an offer

First of all you should be aware that their agents are incentivised by getting you an offer, and that's it. How PB operates is that once you have had an offer (whether you accept it or not) as long as it's within 10% of your asking price, you are already obliged to pay their fees.

In other words, all they need to do is get you an offer, and that's it! They do not need to:

1. Follow through to complete
2. Make sure they check in with the buyer to make sure they're doing searches, instructing solicitors, etc.
3. Updating you that things are moving along

So you need to understand that once someone makes an offer within the 10% range, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!

They hand over to the post sales team once you accept an offer, who have no incentive to drive anything forward, and are therefore very reactive. By this point you are already left on your own, because of course no further viewings will be done, the agent will not care anymore (cos they are already getting paid their commission), NO ONE will nudge the buyer for updates, and if you are not experienced in selling like me, YOU ARE DOWN TO LUCK. In our case the buyer simply went MIA and one month later I had to nudge the agent to check for updates BECAUSE my solicitor had come back to me asking why the other solicitor hasn't contacted them. So NEITHER the post sales team nor the agent had done F all to get updates from the buyer once the offer had been accepted.

You have to be aware that this is likely to happen, and you must be prepared that your sale is going to fall through if you run into a buyer who is not so committed.

In our case if ANYONE had followed up like a normal estate agent would (because they do not get paid until it actually completes), then we would have known within days that the buyer had not instructed any solicitor and not even done any searches, and we would have put the property back on the market and cancelled the offer.

In our case we had missed the peak viewing season by the time we learned about the ghosting and we are left with still having to pay the PB fees cos' they had got us an offer (whether you accept or not).

So read the T&Cs and if you really want to sell your property, use high street estate agents. I learned my lesson here.

Buy cheap buy twice.

Update: I had already raised a complaint with them and was basically fobbed off with an insignificant amount of compensation. In addition to the above lessons learned, there were multiple issues during my experience. In any case, on hindsight we should never have gone with PB because of how they incentivise (or not) agents, and the fact that you will pay the fee whether you sell or not in the end even though they say no sale no fee which is an outright lie (read the small print).

So I just want to warn whoever reading this to think very very very carefully about using PB as it'll be cheap but you also have to bear the high chance of your sale falling through.

We were sorted within hours of raising the request. Highly recommended!

It was scheduled within 30 minutes and engineer visited in only a few hours same day. The website kept me up to date to the exact location of the engineers van so I was able to see easily when he would be at my door. The van he came in had all proper branding (not any white van), he was also very polite and professional, did the job quickly but thoroughly. He even cleared the other 2 pipes coming through to the same junction point so couldn't have asked for more.

A no brainer from now on, will definitely use again

Initially I had doubts having read some negative on another review site but I went ahead anyway as they offered mobile fitting and were the cheapest!

All I can say is, Harry Edmund (technician) turns up on time, was polite, professional and a very pleasant lad in general. The whole thing was done in just over an hour, he checked the condiiton of my alloys too, did the balancing, took the old worn tyres with him and it was just a very good experience overall.

I could not be happier. Highly recommended and will use again for sure. No more waiting at filthy waiting rooms at tyre places anymore!

Great products, unbeatable prices and superb CS!

Great products and prices, speedy delivery even during this pandemic and unmatched level of after sales customer care. There was a slight issue with the chair I bought and it was very swiftly and professionally handled, with 200% satisfaction from me.

Would definitely buy from again and will highly recommend to others.

Good condition is really not good but customer service was top notched

Great prices for iPhone 7 used but their "good" condition leaves huge room for interpretation. Mine was littered with scratches and showed signs that the torx screws had been tampered with. The battery life was poor, battery tester app shows it the wear level to be High, when the iPhone 6 we bought *used* 2 years ago still shows wear level as Low after all these years. It must have been a showroom demo that's been kicked around literally... and left on charge for eternity or something. Also it arrived on zero charge, which is supposedly super bad for lithium batteries. Not hugely impressed, but I would not trust their condition rating system... particularly not on the "good" ones. Kudos however to their free returns.
