Simon Dixon was great from start to finish. Simon sent us pictures, videos and information for different vehicles, nothing was to much trouble. So much so we made 250 mile round trip and purchased a VW Tiago, there was no hard sell, and we were there for around two and a half hours, with no pressure. Thanks Simon, looking forward to many hours of trips in the new car.

Only aware of delivery on the day, and not able to ask for delivery to be left in safe place, I was at work. However, I did receive a call from Tufnell's and asked if I would be home, I was then able to ask for delivery to be left in safe place. Luckily side gate was unlocked.

I ordered the hybrid pro. Only had for a week and sleeping better already. Always woke with backache with my last mattress, not happened once since replacing with my Simba. Delivery and deliverers were on time and carried into the house in the snow!!!
