While on holiday in Corfu I developed a urine infection. I ended yp in a Medical Centre over night the day before we were due to fly out. When we arrived at the Medical Centre the receptionist asked for our insurance papers then gave my wife a questionnaire after which she spoke to someone at Staysure and that was it.
