The hard part was done, completing the form on the comparison website. Once I decided on Oasis the proceedure was straightforward.

We turned up at the garage without an appointment, as I had seen a car on the website. Unfortunately, we arrived as the car was going out on a test drive, and was bought. Between the garage and my website search we found an alternative car in a location 60 miles away. We had some doubts over the size of the boot to pack my wife's mobility scooter into so agreed to return the following day, with the scooter. Dismantled, the scooter fitted in the boot and we decided to test drive the demonstration model. Afterwards, it was arranged to bring the car from the other location and we agreed on a trade. All the way through the salesmen were friendly and extremely helpful. Business-like and efficient. We received our new car a few days later after it had arrived and been prepared for us.

Having looked at a number of travel insurance websites I saw that the medical questionnaire followed a pattern that was simple to follow. The result was a range of insurance quotes that I could pursue. I noticed that the cheapest quotes were not necessarily the best value for money in terms of the cover offered. I chose one, followed the link to its website and it was a simple matter to purchase the insurance.

Nothing particularly good or bad about the flight. When returning the hire car at Alicante Airport it is a long way to check-in and assistance.

Once I found the part I needed the process was straightforward and delivery was on time. The hardest part was matching the part with my model of vacuum.

Our experience with Jet2 was just what we would expect. We used the twilight drop-off the evening before and the out-bound flight was on time. It was a 7.30am flight and the only downside was that sat in row 12 the bacon baguettes had sold out before the crew reach our row. We didn't use the hotel transfer service so had no contact with Jet2 staff after landing or at the hotel. Return flight went smoothly.

I needed to update my booking. I was able to enter the Advanced Passenger Information, but cannot find anywhere to add my vehicle details

I have used the website before for a single trip policy and decided to go for an annual policy this time. I don't know what would constitute a 5-star rating, but am happy to give 4 stars - very good.

Not very impressed with their quote system. On 12 September 2023 I visited the Go2Insre website and went through the whole on-line process for an insurance quote. I ended up with a screen message saying they could not offer a quote, but no explanation as to why. I left the webpage without saving it, so no record on my part

Excellent Service
The whole process was so simple, and efficient. From receiving my bank transfer it was only 5 minutes until the exchanged money was on the way to my bank.

I have made a number of transfers over the years and am well versed in what to do. In under 3 hours I ordered the Euros, transferred my money to Xe.com and the Euros were on their way to my bank in Spain. Couldn't fault the service.

As always, the service was excellent. The whole procedure was wrapped up in a day and the money in my Spanish bank account the following day.

I am very happy with the service received from HiFX. I would recommend their service to any friends looking to move money around. The latest occasion I had received the quote, made the deal, sent the money and received an acknowledgement of receipt within an hour, and the money was dispatched the following day. And, I was kept informed of progress.

HiFX offer such a simple system to follow. Two days ago I needed to get some money transferred from my bank account in the UK to my bank account in Spain. I completed the on-line buying process, received an automated confirmation within minutes, giving me a reference number for my transaction. I immediately paid the money to HiFX by on-line bank transfer and 42 minutes after the automated confirmation HiFX contacted me again to tell me they had received my money. The following morning they sent me a message to tell me the money was on its way to my account and the following day the money was in my account in Spain

I have arranged annual car hire insurance on-line and the process was very easy to work through. I didn't feel I could give it a 5* rating as I have no experience of having to make a claim against the policy.

After completing the HiFX on-line application I was a little concerned at the phone call seeking additional information and the slight delay (in my mind) in getting my application approved. Once approved everything worked very well.
I completed my first transaction on-line and immediately went to my on-line banking to transfer the money I wanted to exchange. As we share the same bank it all happened very quickly and I had acknowledgement of receipt of my money withing 2-3 hours.
The following morning I received an email to say the money was being transferred and 24 hours later the money was in my Spanish bank account.
