Not very impressed don’t answer calls it seems if ur bike is over 3 years old they will not insure for the value on ur proposal and are very unclear what the will pay out in the event of a total loss. Others offer better cover beware

What a complete incompetent company it has taken 3 weeks to sort out a simple issue customer service absolutely appalling. Any response on this trust pilot from virgin media directs you to same old contact details which are useless individuals. 24 calls I have made ranging from 5 minutes to nearly 2 hours conflicting information and a reluctance to take complaints. Even their CEO does not reply. NEVER NEVER AGAIN

WHICH voted Virgin Media the worst telecommunication company in 2024 not surprisingly. Appalling service continues. It appears that Liberty Global and Telefonica own Virgin Media Telefonica have substantial debt issues with Virgin Media management in disarray. Customers have had enough and are leaving in droves me to asap The responses from Virgin Media on this site is just more nebulous excuses.

Tried to raise a complaint it’s seems to be impossible the number given 0330 135 9779 gets u to South Africa the quality of the telephone lines and agents is appalling. Halfords state that the best way to complain is via is chat with an expert and this not work clearly Halfords are not interested about customer support despite the promises they make

I have never encountered such a shambolic organisation it beggars belief their system showed 2 alleged claims I had made with another insurance company. I had never been insured with this company. When I tried to complain they advised that a complaint could not be upheld. DON’T consider this company God knows how they would respond to a claim
