We booked a transfer for 4 people and 4 suitcases, on arrival we were told we would have to pay an extra 10 euros for a larger taxi. On return our driver turned up at our hotel 7.55 in the morning when our flight was 10.45 in the evening and the company had our flight number. When we contacted the taxi company they told us they wouldn’t send another driver unless we payed again because he had been once. We ended up ordering another taxi and payed again. The service we received was appalling and we certainly won’t be using them again, Terrible Terrible service

My claim wasn’t paid out because I supposedly didn’t notify yourselves with in 30 days of the incident. Yet Mercedes Benz of Eastbourne repaired the wheel in which the tyre was also damaged. They wanted in excess of £350 for the tyre which is why I never had the tyre replaced. So the claim was made known to yourselves in the allotted time, But hey, another cop out by an insurance company on a genuine claim. Hence I shall be cancelling my policy.
