I can’t access my account to download my tickets after paying in full. Terrible service

Thank you for your comments. We experienced website issues yesterday which affected our customer account areas. This meant for a period of approx 12 hours from 3pm accounts were unavailable. This is an extremely rare issue which came about due to a problem with google's data centre. Your tickets were booked on 30th June and were available from that point at all times except for the 12 hour period stated above. Whilst we appreciate it was frustrating not to be able to access them at that point we do not think this is terrible service. We can see you were able to download them at 0630 this morning. We hope you have a great holiday.

I used viagogo to purchase WC darts tickets. The transaction was quick and easy. The only slight issue was when booking the tickets, the seat numbers weren't displayed so it was a bit of pot luck.
