I was very happy to buy a Mont Blanc ink for my Mont Blanc fountain pen. The Pen Shop had a great variety of colours even though I wanted Royal Blue, which is what I bought.
Easy to order on the site and it arrived in speedy quick time.

John Lewis is sadly not as good as it was several years ago, even though it's still a 'go to' for shopping.
I still love the experience of shopping in a shop and not online.

I unfortunately feel it's not a special experience these days as it once was, with staff looking tired and less enthusiastic in their roles and fewer pay points to pay for goods.

However, having said that I'll never stop using John Lewis as on the whole I feel it is still a trustworthy and customer friendly department store.

From the moment we called Turquoise Holidays regarding a holiday to Mauritius, until the end of our actual holiday which we booked, we felt very well looked after and our needs and requests were extremely well handled and advised.

We dealt with Sophie throughout the whole process, who always kept us informed and was very helpful, friendly and professional, with our hotel booking, upgraded flights and all the other necessary details required.

We stayed at the recommended Oberoi Resort which we loved, particularly as we were staying there for a month! It was the perfect place for us and in a lovely part of the island.
We had one of their spacious pool villas set in the beautiful grounds with a lovely garden too. The well appointed villa was always clean and well looked after daily. The restaurants had a good choice of food and choices of eating places within the resort. We couldn't recommend the Oberoi highly enough.

I would definitely book similar holidays through Turquoise Holidays again and certainly recommend the company to others.

It was easy to navigate the insurance details online to find what we wanted for our insurance cover.
The different price factors where also straightforward and easy to understand.
I was pleased we could have a few days to decide what insurance cover we wished to take and how to pay for it.
I only hope now that we don't have to use it....!
