We were in Liverpool Salthouse Docks on our Narrowboat and needed to stock up on raw food for our 3 dogs, Holly, Hamesh and Bella. I telephoned in the afternoon of Monday asking if they could deliver the next day, explaining that we were on a narrowboat moored in the docks. Not a problem I was told. I put my order in using their online system and delivery was as promised, within 5 minutes of their estimated time. Truly deserving a 5 Star Review.

Products arrived with a week of ordering, however the box had been damaged in transit & 1 item of adhesive was bent inwards. Better packaging needed on the adhesive tubes.
