I am still waiting to look 25 again, but that asisde, this is an easy way to add collagen. Doesn't taste of anything. I add it to coffee, or to my porridge, or my protein shake, or even to my natural yogurt.

Fabulous museum with some of the world’s greatest pieces. Was there mid-September. Booking highly recommended and some research to decide what you most want to see as there is a LOT! The tour groups are irritating but can’t be helped and museum staff and guides do largely control them. Unless you go very early or very late you probably won’t get near Las Meninas but the Breughel room has an excellent digital video film so you can have a good look despite the crowds.
