Negative Experience with Garantme

During my rental period, everything was ok. However, after my contract ended, I received an email claiming that I owed two payments, but I never received any invoices or notifications in my inbox. I have tried to contact Garantme by phone without success, and I am unsure if they will respond to my email.

I found the lack of transparency unacceptable, especially since there is no option to delete my account on their website. I hope the company will reach out to me soon. Charging for services I did not use is unreasonable, and the unclear process on their site prevents me from canceling everything.

Hello,

Thank you for your email. Your contract was cancelled on 28/02/2025.
Your contract was due for renewal on 01/02/2025 and you haven't paid anything.
You therefore have one month's unpaid bill plus €70 in cancellation charges, making a total of €169.

We have offered you payment in two instalments free of charge. The first payment was made on 23/06/2025 and the second will be made on 23/07/2025.

Another day, another disappointing experience

Another day, another disappointing experience. After previously leaving a 1-star review, I unfortunately feel compelled to return and share yet another negative encounter.

As I mentioned before, I decided to close my company and end my service with Comptastar due to ongoing issues with support, communication, and overall service quality.

I was assured that everything was finalized and my account was closed. I have since relocated to another country. However, to my surprise, I recently received an email stating that I would be charged over 650 euros. This was both unexpected and extremely frustrating.

I am not only disappointed but also quite concerned. I have reached out multiple times via email and phone, but have yet to receive any response or resolution.

I strongly urge anyone considering their services to be cautious. I sincerely hope you do not encounter the same challenges and stress that I have faced, even months after ending my contract.

Péssimo, evitem a todo custo!

Péssimo. Fui cliente durante pouco mais de 1 ano e mesmo devolvendo o modem na loja, fui cobrado em mais de 200 euros sem motivo. Na loja me atenderem super bem e ainda falaram que eu não iria pagar multa porque estava me mudando de país - ainda apresentei meu novo contrato de trabalho, mas para a minha surpresa, depois de 2 meses recebi um email com a cobrança.

Não confiem nessa empresa e evitem a dor de cabeça. O atendimento online é péssimo e se você não fala francês, vai ser pior ainda.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to share my experience with your service, which unfortunately has not met my expectations. I believe there is significant room for improvement, particularly for clients who may not be fluent in French or fully versed in the French tax system.

While the initial interactions and onboarding process were promising, I encountered challenges when seeking guidance, support, or assistance thereafter. I have observed the following areas of concern:
Response times:
. The turnaround for inquiries has been longer than anticipated.
. Clarity of communication: The information provided has often been ambiguous or difficult to interpret.
. Consistency: There have been instances where the advice or information has changed, leading to confusion.

These issues have resulted in a less than satisfactory experience, particularly after being a client for 3-4 months. Despite having invested in a year-long support package, I find myself in the regrettable position of wanting to terminate the service.
I would greatly appreciate clear instructions on the procedure for cancelling my account and transitioning away from your service.

An official email detailing this process would be most helpful.

I sincerely hope that this feedback will be valuable in enhancing your service for future clients.

Never hire them in your life.

Easy onboarding and easy to pay, but when you need them to pay you back or cancel their product it's super painful and hard.

Don't make the same mistake I did and find another company.

Chef Abdé Boudjena Exceeds Expectations

I had the pleasure of having Chef Abdé Boudjena cook dinner at my house last night, and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the chef was incredibly kind and accommodating. He arrived on time and was very clear and respectful in his communications with me. He took the time to learn about my dietary restrictions and allergies, and he made sure that the food he prepared was perfect for me.

The dishes that he cooked were all incredibly flavorful and beautifully presented. I especially loved the [dish name], which was the most tender and flavorful steak I've ever had. The chef also made a delicious "pièce de bœuf sauce au poivre pommes de terre" that was light and refreshing.

In addition to the food, I really appreciated the chef's personality. He was very friendly and engaging, and he made the whole experience feel extraordinary.

I highly recommend Chef Abdé Boudjena to anyone looking for a private chef. He is incredibly talented, and he goes above and beyond to ensure his clients have a great experience. I definitely plan to have him cook for me again in the future.

I've bought a product and now I can't login on my account to track my order.

I've tried to login many times in different computer and browsers, but with no success. I've even downloaded the app... it feels that I bought something on a fake website.
