Negative Experience with Garantme
During my rental period, everything was ok. However, after my contract ended, I received an email claiming that I owed two payments, but I never received any invoices or notifications in my inbox. I have tried to contact Garantme by phone without success, and I am unsure if they will respond to my email.
I found the lack of transparency unacceptable, especially since there is no option to delete my account on their website. I hope the company will reach out to me soon. Charging for services I did not use is unreasonable, and the unclear process on their site prevents me from canceling everything.
