Never shopping here again

Never shopping here again! I ordered on 22nd November was told after ordering that it would be 15 days delivery, well nearly 4 weeks went by and heard nothing from them. I called, emailed, messaged on Facebook and no one would help me or give me any idea when I will receive my order. Got a email then saying all my items are now out of stock! These were Christmas presents so the week before Christmas I had to frantically go and buy replacements elsewhere. Absolutely insane, how this business is still running is beyond me.

They’re ok.

Delivery was really quick, and I do love the look of the blinds, however, when ordering a sample the side of it looked like wood, as it’s meant to be faux wood, but when the product came, it was just plastic all over which we were not happy about. They should keep it consistent. Also, you can see visible lines of where they have cut the blinds which doesn’t look great up close.

Nothing but hassle.

When you buy the collection service of skip bags there are no details on how the service works, such as whether you book the collection yourself, where to place the bags and where to avoid placing them before you fill them. We filled up 3 bags of concrete 6 metres from the road, which was our only option due to them otherwise blocking the drive, a driver came by and drove straight off as apparently he could not take them. I then spoke to Amy who said they had to be within 3 metres from the road and will not go on any pavement or driveway, however the pavement outside is 3 metres itself. She gave no solution whatsoever apart from us to empty all 3 bags, move them and refill them (bags of concrete!!!!). These bags could have easily been towed by the driver but they did nothing to help or advise. We spent all day emptying, moving and refilling and had to wait another 4 day’s for them to come back and take them. The driver came, rang the doorbell and then drove off a minute later, leaving us no time to get to the door. Another driver came called Craig and he had been told there were 2 bags, not 3, another error made by ams. Luckily Craig was very nice and helpful and took the bags and said he could have taken them were they originally were. This whole service has been nothing but hassle and hard work, I did not appreciate being spoken to like an idiot by Amy, services like this are meant to make your life a bit easier. Will not use again.

Driver with a terrible attitude

The driver turned up late, which wasn't great as we had to stand in the freezing cold to wait for her, when she turned up she had a horrible attitude on her, not being helpful or friendly and said my coach card wasn't valid unless I had signed it- at 7.45am after a 17 hour flight this is really the last thing I need. I've never been told this before and I've had a coachcard for a few years now. She was a jobs worth, and her demeanour was completely unnecessary.
