Awful
Awful, placed order 6 days ago for next day delivery, pay extra for next day delivery and it’s still not arrived, no phone numbers for anyone at boohoo to contact, Have been sending messages via online form and Facebook as they say to do and I don’t get a reply! Always been good in the past but this time has been awful, definitely don’t waste your money paying for next day delivery! I won’t be using them again for sure.

thanks for the reply Hamza but it’s got even worse, just had a reply from someone on Facebook (5th Jan) to say it’s with the courier there’s nothing else that they can do and I now have to wait until the 12th January until Boohoo will try and resolve this! Which is over a week away! No refund for paying extra for next day delivery or anything! Disgusted!
Second update 6/1/22

I’ve received no response to my email from you as you have stated on here, since yesterday I’ve spoke to the following people at boohoo on Facebook:
Kristoffer, Safina, Erica M, Mary and Majod. All say the exact same thing, won’t refund the extra money I’ve paid for next day delivery and have to wait another week on-top of the week I’ve already waited before they will do anything. Won’t even chase with the courier just fobbed off every time. Think the only reason you asked me to reply via email is so others can’t see the terrible service I’ve received via these reviews and nobody at boohoo are willing to do anything for another week!
Third update;
Received Daniels email reply this evening (as he advised on here), literally just telling me the exact same thing I already wrote on this review! Its with the courier (which it has been for days), I have to wait yet another week until they will do anything and no refund on the extra delivery paid for next day delivery! Asking me to be patient is a cheek, waited a week already for something that should have been next day delivery, then to be told to wait over another week is an insult!
As per original review to anyone thinking of buying from Boohoo I would avoid, things go wrong occasionally with orders, I get that but to then be told you have to wait 2 weeks plus until anyone will try and help you and charge you extra for a service (next day delivery), not provide you that service and still charge you the same price without refunding the cost is very poor customer service.
Update: 10 days in and still no order and still no help from boohoo, just standard emails saying wait a couple of weeks see if it turns up even though it was supposed to be next day delivery: they won’t even chase it up with the courier.

Still no delivery, contacted boohoo for a refund as they said I had to wait till the 12th for a refund like they told me and been fobbed off again! Apparently I have to wait till the 13th! Honestly it’s a joke!
