Ordered 2 weeks ago and heard nothing

Ordered 2 weeks ago and heard nothing, called today and told they can’t track it, they don’t know when it will be delivered. Apparently they have moved warehouses and having problems with deliveries, but they are still continuing to take orders, dispite huge backlogs! Shocking! I’ve requested a refund, wouldn’t order from this company again.

Fishponds Bristol - Annie!

Ordered delivery through McDonalds website, 2 meals one with Coke and one with Sprite, they arrived and the coke is completely flat and the other they sent banana Milkshake instead of Sprite. Called the store as just want a refund from them and spoke to Annie who apparently is the manager, she said I have to go to the store and she will give me the correct drinks, I've just paid £5 in delivery and service costs, I am no way going to the store to collect 2 drinks they messed up, all I want is a refund, she refused, was very rude and said I have to contact Uber, so I explained its not a problem with Uber/delivery its McDonalds that's messed the drinks up. Again she refused to do anything, so I asked for the general managers name as I will be writing a complaint and I want to address the complaint to the branch general manger, she went quiet for 30 seconds then hung up!! Tried calling straight back and have tried 5 times since and shes not answering, totally unacceptable, if shes a manager then McDonalds have big problems in Fishponds Bristol!!! Awful experience, not only meals ruined as no drinks to go with them, get attitude from Annie, hung up on and cant get a refund for the drinks, unacceptable and will be writing in to head office regarding this!

Highly recommend Divorce online

Highly recommend Divorce online, I was very wary using them being an online company, but so glad we did, they were very helpful and dealt with any queries quickly. As soon as the waiting time was up for the next step, I’d get a email that morning, never had to chase them. It was a long process due to the times we had to wait by law, but it was done as quickly as possible by divorce online. We had them handle the divorce and consent order. Thank you to all there that have helped us get divorced.

Terrible company, avoid at all costs!

Terrible company! Placed an order over 3 weeks ago, it’s still not arrived! Contacted the company who keep giving me tracking info, but you click on the link and says no tracking information found, they haven’t delivered my goods 3 weeks on but still have my money, they have stopped replying to messages and can’t give me any working/correct tracking info!!! Avoid at all costs! I’ve now had to open a case with my bank to try and get my money back.

Thanks for the reply, I’ve opened several tickets with you, emailed you and WhatsApp you and you don’t reply to any of them!!!

Had my property valued today by Jake at…

Had my property valued today by Jake at the Longwell green branch, what a lovely guy! Turned up on time, gave me a valuation I was expecting, he was so friendly and professional, spoke to the children and made a fuss of the dog, Andrews are lucky to have him working for them, fantastic representative of your company. If I decide to sell I will definitely use Andrews after the positive experience so far!

Terrible experience with online order, zero communication!

Placed an order, first part arrived and the other 5 items were supposed to follow. Still haven’t received it so went online to track order and it says my order is being returned to pets at home! They haven’t even tried to deliver it, not been told about this by dpd or pets at home! Went to try and find phone number for pets at home, no phone number only email them or online chat. Online chat is offline so sent them an email, they replied saying I need to use their online chat! Been an absolute joke!

Really disappointed with Hollywood…

Really disappointed with Hollywood bowl, made a booking for next Tuesday evening for a family of 4 for 2 games of bowling, shortly after I booked (within about an hour) I received a 50% off voucher code due to filling in the survey from my last visit, called up to ask if I could either get 50% off my booking for next week or could they just cancel it and I’ll rebook it using the voucher? to be told they won’t refund or cancel, really disappointed in this, totally unnecessary, won’t be going back. So has cost me £52 when I could have got it half price, literally only booked about 3 hours ago! Not good customer service at all! Will certainly be looking forward to doing their survey after this visit! Certainly won’t be positive feedback!

They cancelled my order and didn’t bother to even tell me!

Ordered a family takeaway, had confirmation email. Then had a email half hour later to say my refund had been processed! They had cancelled the order and didn’t even let me know. They fully took the £30 out my account though and now have to wait 5 days for a refund! Rubbish experience and zero communication about them cancelling my order!

Awful

Awful, placed order 6 days ago for next day delivery, pay extra for next day delivery and it’s still not arrived, no phone numbers for anyone at boohoo to contact, Have been sending messages via online form and Facebook as they say to do and I don’t get a reply! Always been good in the past but this time has been awful, definitely don’t waste your money paying for next day delivery! I won’t be using them again for sure.

Update 5/1/22
thanks for the reply Hamza but it’s got even worse, just had a reply from someone on Facebook (5th Jan) to say it’s with the courier there’s nothing else that they can do and I now have to wait until the 12th January until Boohoo will try and resolve this! Which is over a week away! No refund for paying extra for next day delivery or anything! Disgusted!

Second update 6/1/22

I’ve received no response to my email from you as you have stated on here, since yesterday I’ve spoke to the following people at boohoo on Facebook:
Kristoffer, Safina, Erica M, Mary and Majod. All say the exact same thing, won’t refund the extra money I’ve paid for next day delivery and have to wait another week on-top of the week I’ve already waited before they will do anything. Won’t even chase with the courier just fobbed off every time. Think the only reason you asked me to reply via email is so others can’t see the terrible service I’ve received via these reviews and nobody at boohoo are willing to do anything for another week!

Third update;
Received Daniels email reply this evening (as he advised on here), literally just telling me the exact same thing I already wrote on this review! Its with the courier (which it has been for days), I have to wait yet another week until they will do anything and no refund on the extra delivery paid for next day delivery! Asking me to be patient is a cheek, waited a week already for something that should have been next day delivery, then to be told to wait over another week is an insult!
As per original review to anyone thinking of buying from Boohoo I would avoid, things go wrong occasionally with orders, I get that but to then be told you have to wait 2 weeks plus until anyone will try and help you and charge you extra for a service (next day delivery), not provide you that service and still charge you the same price without refunding the cost is very poor customer service.

Update: 10 days in and still no order and still no help from boohoo, just standard emails saying wait a couple of weeks see if it turns up even though it was supposed to be next day delivery: they won’t even chase it up with the courier.

Still no delivery, contacted boohoo for a refund as they said I had to wait till the 12th for a refund like they told me and been fobbed off again! Apparently I have to wait till the 13th! Honestly it’s a joke!

Shopped today in Pets at Home Hengrove in Bristol and served by Reece, have to say what an asset to your team! He was so helpful and friendly when shopping for our kittens set up, love it when customer service goes above and beyond and Reece certainly did this! Thank you!

Awful, absolutely shameful company, no orders and can’t speak to anyone on phone or by email!

Awful! Only place I can get my child’s school uniform so have no choice but to order from these scammers.
Placed order over a two months ago, well over their 14 working days to be dispatched, not heard anything or had anything to say my order had been dispatched. So I call them to receive an automated response saying they aren’t answering the phones and just answering by email to focus on customer service. So I email them, a week later receive a automated response to say they don’t deal with individual orders and a standard email of faq. So they have my money, not delivered my goods and there is no way to communicate with them.
What I don’t get is all the reviews are shockingly bad for this company, they aren’t sending out any orders by the looks of other reviews and have shut phone lines to answer by email instead, which they aren’t actually doing so what are the staff actually doing at monk house? They aren’t sending out orders or answering any queries or phones so what they actually doing?!!! Absolutely shocking! I can’t believe schools are still making us use this company!

Definitely do NOT recommend

Beware of this company! I placed a order for a new contract through them on O2, my current provider called me straight away and did a better deal, so I called and cancelled the order with mobile phones direct as they have a 14 day cooling off, I cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, all fine. Today I have a bill off O2 so I call mobile phones direct for Nikki to say I have to pay it as the contract has been set up so basically tough, if I don’t pay it then O2 will make me pay for the full year! I understand if I had used the network for a couple of days etc but I haven’t used them at all cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order online! Will be escalating this to the Ombudsman, not one person at mobile phones direct told me I’d incurr charges if I cancelled but apparently it’s on their terms and conditions! Beware anyone using this company, I’ve used them before and never had an issue but after this would never ever use them again!

I am truly sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our returns and cancellations process.

All of our handsets are connected at the point of dispatch, and the billing cycle begins at the point of dispatch. As your handset was connected, and had to be recalled due to cancellation, the network will charge you for the time connected. Once this bill is paid, they will refund you any monies owed after disconnection on the following billing cycle. I can fully appreciate your frustrations regarding this, however, this is within the terms and conditions of the contract that will have been agreed to when purchasing the contract online. I can see that Nikki has escalated your case to the management team, and one of them will be in contact with you shortly to discuss the matter further.

Awful company

Awful company! I switched as they were supposed to be cheaper, been with them officially 3 days and they have put my tariff up and it’s gonna cost me an extra £10 a month, was better off with my old supplier! Customer service don’t care either, their reply was basically tuff luck! Definitely not recommend this company and will be leaving as soon as possible!

I have provided the information you requested, it’s not about current payments, they have said this can stay the same for now it’s the fact your now charging more than my old supplier and all I get from bulb is sorry bad timing but nothing can be done about it. Was absolutely a waste of time me changing to bulb as I was better off with my old supplier! All a big con to get you to switch!

I'm sorry to hear that your switch to Bulb has coincided with our recent price change, that is a case of unfortunate timing and I wholeheartedly apologize. We do very rarely change our prices.

I would like to look into this and see what we can do. In this case, I think we can leave your monthly payments as they were on signup for a few months at least. I've emailed requesting a bit more account information, can you get back to me there when you can?
