Very unhappy
I have switched to Nationwide and I am really not happy. My card and pin were both posted I received them no problem, however the pin doesn't work with the card and I have definitely used the correct one. I called them up and the staff were very friendly especially Adrian who went above and beyond. Unfortunately my wage is stuck in the bank and I desperately need to send it over to my joint account from bills that all come out on Monday. Adrian managed to send £500 of my money to my NatWest account and said I would be able to do the rest but I can't as I don't have my card and pin. At this rate I am going to miss out on my switch offer of £175, I wish I hadn't bothered!
