Very unhappy

I have switched to Nationwide and I am really not happy. My card and pin were both posted I received them no problem, however the pin doesn't work with the card and I have definitely used the correct one. I called them up and the staff were very friendly especially Adrian who went above and beyond. Unfortunately my wage is stuck in the bank and I desperately need to send it over to my joint account from bills that all come out on Monday. Adrian managed to send £500 of my money to my NatWest account and said I would be able to do the rest but I can't as I don't have my card and pin. At this rate I am going to miss out on my switch offer of £175, I wish I hadn't bothered!

Omg Jess of the Homeworking M team is the…

Omg Jess at the Homeworking team M is the best! I normally book with Virgin but I will always choose Tui from now on just because of her. She makes you feel so welcome and appreciated and will go above and beyond for you ! I highly recommend TUI and Jess thanks so much.

No stars! Richard our evri driver never delivers when he should and last night didn't even attempt delivery but he said he did but we waited up for him . He never delivers within the time frame and always too late at night. evri don't do a thing and it's impossible to speak to a person only a chat bot. I tried calling I get nothing I message I get a chat bot! They will reply to this giving me a number to call but you never get to speak to a human all I want is to complain to an actual human and Richard get some consequences for his actions .

I have to send compliments to the amazing Vicky at the white rose store. Shes so smiley, polite and very very helpful. I will buy so much more from this store just because of her . I always feel happy when I leave as Vicky gives such good service and she ins genuinely a very nice person. I hope this is passed on to her. I would also like to add that your shop is so reasonably priced and fab! Thank you so much.

Parcels are always late nothing ever…

Parcels are always late nothing ever gets done about it. I have left messages and had nobody call back. You can only do this if you have a active parcel by the way. The driver never comes within the time slot most of the time not the same day. I still can't get to speak to a person no matter how many times I call or email.absoulte joke

DO NOT USE EVRI

I have problems with Richard the delivery driver every single time! He deserves to be sacked but nothing is ever done. Evri never return my calls and I only get a chat bot who responds to missing parcels. I called and messaged last night but still not heard from them. They claim they get back to you in 24 hours that's absolutely rubbish.

Shocking company 0 stars

Shocking company! Richard our driver is incompetent he never delivers within the time frame and we're up early for work so attempting it at 9.45pm is disgusting! Every single parcel is always late and this time he didn't even attempt to deliver it yesterday and now it's been cancelled for today and Evri said it will be tomorrow. It's absolutely ridiculous I never get to speak to a person and I can guarantee a chatbot will reply to this review and give me details to get In touch with them but you can't! I never get to speak to a person and they send fake emails from a chat bot names Claire and I know it's not a real person as the response is always the same !!!!!

Would give no stars to this rip off…

Would give no stars to this rip off company! Reported an absolute dive of a cottage that ruined our holiday as Cottages.com false adverise places! They still haven't responded to my mums complaint for a few weeks ago clearly they aren't bothered! DONT USE!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!NO WAY OF SPEAKING TO ANYONE!

Delivery driver mostly doesn't deliver the parcels the day he should and when he does deliver its not in the 19.00pm-21.00pm its always after 9pm and my husband gets up at at 4.30am and we always have to stay up and wait. All parcels smell of smoke. I have tried to speak to Evri but the number only takes you to an automated service noway of speaking to anyone or leaving a message. When I complain through the chat if the parcel hasn't arrived they say they will check it up for me which they do and its always someone called Claire she's useless! I always receive an email saying your parcel has been delivered so I trust the resolves the problem but when I reply and say no I want to complain about Richard as hea an incompetent driver I never get a response. Evri are the worst! They will properly reply to this and give me a number to call but it only asks for your parcel reference but no way to speak to a human no email address to contact them its absolutely disgusting.

Our parcels never come on the day they…

Our parcels never come on the day they are supposed to they always get rescheduled for the next day. We're supposed to get our deliveries between 7pm-9pm and they never come in this window it's always after. My husband and I are both up at 5am for work and want to go to bed early but we can't when we know Richard is supposed to be delivering to us. I have reported this at least 20 times to Evri and they never get back to me. Absolute joke of a company. Our parcel still hasn't arrived today and it's 9.30pm.

Cottages.com like to false advertise DO NOT USE!

Me my mum and my partner have just stayed in a cottage called the Caddys at Belford Northumberland and we will not be using Cottages.com again. First of all the way they have described the Cottage is far off! It is listed as luxury when really it's very basic. It has potential but very tacky and basic. When we arrived the cottage was absolutely filthy. I text the host called Julie but she didn't respond which is very unprofessional. Cottages.com also made out in the description that Belford was a charming town when in reality it has 3 chav pubs and all the shops have been shut down. They love to false advertise. The other annoying thing is that I can't review the cottage as it was my mum has had booked and is waiting for the review email, but I think we should be able to Google review this dump. The moral of this story is not to trust cottages.com they lie! I will try to add the images.

DON'T USE!!!!

DON'T USE!!!!! First of all they refused to change a tyre that Audi said really needed doing as a result a couple of days later my husband has a blow out that could have caused a bad accident. Of course they wriggled out of this but they new they were in the wrong. I switched to a rolling contract which meant I could leave at anytime. I called end of contracts to check if I would have to make another payment if I ended my contract and leased another car i was told if i leased a new car at the start of the month then no i wouldn't. Turns out I was lied to! I ordered my new car in April which was delivered last Friday. I gave the 10 days notice as requested as soon as I had a delivery date. I did tell them about this beforehand when I enquired about the payment situation.They have taken a payment for my old car today , I have an initial payment for my new car in 2 weeks along with my first car payment and then they are taking another payment soon. I would have never ordered a new car if I was aware of this. I now have to get a loan as I cannot afford these payments. Do not make the same mistake as me they are a horrible company and I am taking this to the financial UPDATE! Now they are making me pay for damages on my car when it went back in good condition. Absolutely disgusting company.
