Felt uncomfortable a few Asian lads being passive aggressive towards young lads not fully covering themselves whilst getting changed. They looked very intimidated by a group of bullies in an ALL male changing facility.

Absolutely fantastic experience with such friendly staff, actually ended up purchasing the car we had just gone to view as we had so many other dealerships to visit. Honesty and integrity is rife at VW Lookers Blackburn. What a delightful morning! Just hope handover of car goes as smoothly on Friday. Keep up the good manners, becoming a rarity these days! Thank you so much.
