Awful App

One of the poorest streaming apps I've used so far. Constant glitches on the phone app, and laptop isn't much better. Advertising has a tendency to loop back on itself instead of starting the programme, and you can only clear caches so many times! Thinking at this stage that the ads are so dominating, they're ruining the actual function of the app. Sort it out or lose it ITV.

Very good AI

Very good AI, I'm a bit old fashioned so I am actually blown away by what you can do with old photos! I done one of my grandmother smiling, but I think it freaked my dad out lol. Cancelling subscription was easy enough (I just wanted to try it), so no problems.

Limited Choice

Not the best for stationery, considering it's a stationery store! Very limited materials for crafting, beyond wooden boxes and canvases. Not bad for notebooks, but other than that, I don't feel like I miss anything if I don't go in (or online). A shame really. I feel like at one stage the company were doing quite well (at least in our town), but it just hasn't held up over time. Far more options on other sites, as for the actual stores, how can we save the high street when the high street no longer has what we need?

Sneaky Subscriptions

I was browsing for t-shirts and found in the end that I'd subscribed to two different subscriptions, just from clicking on the items. Not half sneaky, and actually quite problemetic for people trying to cancel, as the button everyone tells you to click doesn't seem to exist atm! I've sent a formal email to request cancellation. Hopefully it goes okay, but even if it does, my estimation of the company has dwindled to nothing.

A Joke

It's a shame that there isn't a minus stars option. The way the DWP approach people now is absolutely disgusting. All these endless questions and online forms, phone calls, to prove you're still who you said you were...did you ask the last bunch off the boats those same questions? I don't know how they intended this whole move to operate, but it's clearly a complete farce, and if anything, will cost more money in the long run, which will fall on the tax payer, who then resents every single person who recieves benefits. How in God's name is a pensioner (for example) meant to understand all of this? They want to get people off benefits and back into work, try interviewing the ones who are clearly scrounging, and give them jobs to go to! Wages are abominably low right now, and inflation continues to put people under more stress than they were already dealing with. If anything, this whole approach could see more people applying for benefits, due to mental health breakdowns etc. And who could blame them? Corruption and greed aren't the words...

Awful

Absolutely appalling website. Difficult for my father to understand, and though he's no spring chicken anymore, it's had me nearly throw the phone across the room or want to punch the laptop a few times as well. The interface and log in are too lengthy and detailed, and customer service...well, what's that when it's at home? I intend to open a new account with a different bank in the New Year.

Absolutely Diabolical Company

Absolutely diabolical company. Every single time a parcel has been sent to us via Evri, it has been left lying outside our shed door, in a communal area that is open to the main street. We live in a block of masionettes, with our sheds all together downstairs. The council recently put metal numbers on all the doors, and since then, the Evri boys seem to think they can dump our stuff there to avoid all 32 stairs to our flat, and it'll count because "it's the right number". Then you search for the details and see that they put it down as "on customer's porch"...Several of my items have now been stolen, being left for all to see. I am completely boycotting this extremely unprofessional company, who really need to either train staff better, or consider more who they're hiring to begin with. Worst delivery company ever.

It Doesn't Work Now

Not as great a company as it used to be. I've searched recently for several basic crafting items, and have had to shop elsewhere as The Works had literally nothing to offer. Products are very limited, and to be honest, if it wasn't for my "cute notebook" obssession, I wouldn't be in there again.

Complete Mess of a Company.

Giving them one star because I can't give them minus 100. I tried to buy a PS5 controller, using the 3 payments method via Paypal (which I've never had an issue with). The set up on Paypal went fine, but every time I went to continue the payment on EE, it put it back to full price. I attempted it another couple of times, thinking it might be a glitch, but it continued so I gave up, thinking I'll get it elsewhere. Now I have 3 pending payments to them from my bank, for something I'm not even going to get. I never used EE before for anything, and this is not a good introduction. Veto them completely and buy elsewhere.

Disaster Site

One of the poorest excuses for a mobile site I've ever encountered. In general, I like Tesco mobile, but never have I found it so difficult to navigate a site to be able to order one phone for a family member. And the basket keeps freezing, so you can't remove or edit orders unless you sign out and in again. I finally got to placing the order, only to be told "We're having tecnical problems", you're not joking!

Customer service are completely inept, and don't seem to have been trained for the job they're actually meant to be doing. Repeatedly asking inane questions, and skirting around the actual issue, leaving me more confused than them!

You're losing it Tesco!

The website seriously needs upgraded and maintained and perhaps try putting money into the employment of people who speak fluent English (not racist, completely realist).
