Despite the bad reviews of Tesco, I have 99% of the time found the personel at The CE Centre to be very good. I phoned today, because a staff member who was very helpful 2 weeks ago at a nearby store. I contacted CEC who gave me an assurance that my feedback would be conveyed to the store manager to pass on. As in the past, it never got passed on to the staff member who I saw today! So I called, and Caleb answered my call, he was friendly, understanding and professional, he too was taken aback, and emailled the store whilst I was on the phone to him. A True Credit to Tesco's!! Thanks Caleb!

Click & Collect

Ordered online - Click & Collect. Chris at the Peterborough Hampton site was brilliant! Friendly & Professional. A credit to The Works.
UPDATE: So whilst I will still state Chris was great, The Works themselves at HQ level are CR*P. Why?? So just after 5 working days, just five! I went on their website and discovered one of the items on "Sale" that I bought had been reduced by a further 62%!!!!! I was gob smacked. I wrote informing them of my discovery, and asked WHY?? They replied with the BS answer of prices fluctuate. I replied basically ,"what after just a few working days?" They never replied. So I now know why this company has received so many negative reviews! I will NEVER use again, and only use honourable companies.... A Lesson learned!

Greenby Is C**P!

Like all Plusnet customers, Greenby was forced on me. It is a nightmare! Very difficult to set up, slow, and NOT intuitive. In the end can't be both any more with it. After many years with Plusnet, this episode is the final straw, I'll spend the next few days finding another provider.

Customer Engagement Centre @ Dundee

I phone Kacey yesterday regarding the very poor service I received from our local Tesco store, regarding the store staff stating that Mars Wrigley vouchers were not valid there!

Kacey was empathic, friendly and very professional. A TRUE CREDIT to Tesco's!!!

She, alone, restored my faith in Tesco!

ADE was so good!!!

ADE was so good!!!! She handled my complaint in a friendly, understanding and professional manner.

As I've said before I don't get the negative reviews. I have on all occasions bar one been satified they have handled any complaint I have had.

Super delivery

Super delivery, which was delayed by 24 hours, despite the 48hr Tracked being used.
But that was down to Royal Mail in my area, who gave me the impression it was Purima delaying the delivery. This is the same organisation that thinks 3 weeks delay on our Christmas Mail was just "a few days"!!!!

Excellent Customer Service

I have complained to BG on at least three occasions regarding letters referencing 'Please use our new bank details'. Despite numerous promises of getting these automated stopped, they still kept coming. Called customer services today and was handled by AQSA/AXEL, she was a credit to BG. She was friendly, understanding and professional. She in one call restored my faith in BG!!

Bought car insurance from Bank of…

Bought car insurance from Bank of Scotland car insurance. Found a better deal two days later. Called Customer Service and was helped by Chris... He was brilliant, I mean Excellent!
He sorted me out in a friendly and professional manner, like I have very rarely experienced.
Everything was sorted, done and dusted, documents sent within minutes.
Would use Bank of Scotland just because of Chris.

Excellent Customer Service

On Wednesday 22nd Feb 2023 I went to the St Ives ALDI to do a shop as I was in the area. Purchased 2 bottles of my normal wine, among other items.
Open them up to discover towards the last quarter of the bottle/s was grapes dregs, which were not pleasant.
Contacted Customer Services this morning by email and was contacted back very quickly by Arvin Custodio, who was friendly and professional - a credit to ALDI. I sent the email at 11.40am and my complaint was sorted, done and dusted to my satisfaction by 2.45pm!
Top Notch Service IMHO.

'Very Sharp Practice'

Needed to buy Otex Combi pack for my blocked ear. As usual went online to see who was offering the best price. Amazon was £7.49 and Lloyds Pharmacy £7.99. Not much different so my wife went to our local store only to be stunned to discover that the store price was £10.35 - a whopping 30% increase!! I needed it so my wife bought the item. I then contacted Customer services and spoke to Kaleigh, who was friendly. However her explanation made no sense whatsoever - Apparently the 'online store' is a different operation to the high street stores??? So the prices will always differ?? Didn't make any sense - to follow this logic through all online supermarket prices should be less than store prices, and they are NOT! Indeed the assistant at the store told my wife if she had ordered 'online' and set the delivery address to the local store the price would have been £7.99!! This confirms to me that Lloyds Pharmacy is NOT an honourable company, and to be avoided at all costs!

Thanks for your 'reply' Sylvie - it means nothing to me .... I'm amazed your company has not been reported to the regulatory body that surely should watch over companies like yours regarding suspect practices. I would never buy from your company again, so your reassurances are meaningless to me.

Excellent! Stephan & Catalin,from the Yaxley depot,went above and beyond installing our new american style fridge freezer. Highly impressed with their friendliness, obliging and professional manner. A truly credit to AO - would use AO again based on how good these guys were.

I really don't know what all the bad reviews for customer services is about, over the years barring one occasion the service I have received have been superb!

I had cause to complain about an iffy promotion issue, and was treated very professionaly - Ann Marie was very good, but Louise was absolutely the best advisor I've come across!! Friendly, understanding and very good...A credit to Tescos!!

OK ..never heard of them but the price is right and LV I know - however went onto Martin Lewis site today and found the 'same company' i.e LV would do the same insurance for £6.00 less!!

Branch Review - Ramsey Cambs

I've banked with Nationwide for many years, despite the low savings rate.
Since lockdown I've accumulated coinage + an 'out of date' banknote - I was expecting some grief - Alas I had no bad experience - Heather (from P'Boro' branch) was brilliant! She was friendly, helpful and professional - A credit to Nationwide despite their many bad reviews.

First Time User of reglazing

First time user with this company and was WELL IMPRESSED! Excellent service - great comms and quick turn around when compared with people like Vision Express aka useless - My wife and I ordered new prescriptions at the same time - I spent under £90 and got my specs back within 3 weeks ( with sweeties) - my wife spent over £600!! and still hasn't received them!!

Will use again without hesitation..based on this first experience.

Toolstation do offer some great prices - but I found the staff's 'attitude' at the Huntingdon depot to have been poor and confrontational - Never been to the store before, indeed a new customer - Parked up and walked to the store entrance - no corona signage / no staff I could see, so innocently walked in only to be BARKED AT 'Get back!!' - Back where I thought - to a obscure red line it turned out to be.....Which I did - I was then ordered to 'GO to Becky on till 2' to collect an order I'd placed the previous day - Becky then bellowed ...NAME?? I spelt out my surname only to be asked 'How do you pronounce that?'...I couldn't believe what I was being asked....Comical and totally unprofessional - The best bit??? I was the only one in the store!!!!
TOOLSTATION aka T&P need to teach their staff to treat customers with respect.....It goes without saying that I will not use this store again.

I don't get all the bad reviews

I don't get all the bad reviews - I really don't.....I don't use the card much, but...I found their customer service to be brilliant!

I recently had a problem with a car insurance company (Morethan) taking an unauthorised automatic renewal payment, which I had stopped and confirmed by them 3/4 weeks before renewal.

Morethan still took the payment...contacted Tesco Credit Card (Alex) who were spot on...within 48 hours the payment had been refunded. Contacted today as the latest statement showed the unauthorised payment - contacted Tesco credit card, spoke with Josh who sorted it immediately.
Well impressed with the service we have received so far...will update when it's all finally sorted.
