I am very pleased with my different experiences of working with The Pen Shop. They assisted me when finding out what specific model of pen I had in the vast range of Mont Blanc pens, so that I could order the correct refills. The order I placed was then delivered the following day which was exceptional. I shall definitely be using The Pen Shop for all future purchases.

The delivery experience itself was excellent, the delivery person very competent, efficient and pleasant.
However, I was only advised that the goods had even reached XDP’s local depot, and allocated for delivery to me to-day, two hours before actual delivery.
The pre-delivery communication from XDP was extremely poor. I was advised that the goods had been collected from the supplier’s premises a week ago, but received no responses from them to my many enquiries why it was so delayed, and when it would be delivered to me. Their app was also wrong, and I don’t think it was updated regarding my package until this morning, so I had no idea where it was or why it was so overdue.
Customers want to know what is happening, even if it is bad news!!

We were very pleased and impressed with the level of service we received from Brittania Leatherbarrows, when we packed up our home in Spain and moved to Suffolk in the UK. They were responsible for collecting our goods in Spain and delivering it all to Suffolk, and everything went exceedingly well. Steven and Chris were the 2 professionals who handled our move here in the UK and they were very efficient, careful, hardworking and trustworthy. And very nice they were too. We highly recommend Brittania Leathbarrows for moving and storage facilities.

I use Moonpig because of the ease of sending cards at the last minute and the range of cards available.

Richard Stumpf discussed our vacation requirements with us, and planned, processed and organised our multi location preferences, all within an established budget. We were delighted with everything that had been done, which enabled our vacation to be a marvellous and memorable event!

I have used Moonpig for many years, and have always been impressed with the range of cards and ease of use of the compilation process. The recently introduced "improved" process of enhanced flexibility with images and texts has in my view complicated what used to be a simple process.

Moon pig has a large range of cards which it updates fairly frequently. The photo facility is good and easy to use. The Moon pig response is immediate and the order is on its way minutes after completing the order.

My wife and I have just returned from a wonderful holiday to Dubai, and then onto The Seychelles. As previously, Richard Stumpf arranged everything, made suggestions and recommendations, organised the entire itinerary, booked all the flights and timings, and everything was just perfect - including the price!! As before, we had to do nothing but enjoy the experience(s).
