Giving it a one star because 0 is not an option. Took 3 months to arrive (ordered a Christmas Garland on the 9th November 2025 and it arrived in Feb 2026!), quality is awful and the product is NOTHING like what I thought I had bought. STEER CLEAR. Blaming myself for not having checked TrustPilot before ordering.
Ordered the Ying Yang shoes, was gutted that I couldn't find the matching socks to purchase on the website, only to find that they were included with the shoes!! Best surprise! Arrived in a few days, love them! Have been wearing them non stop for 2 days! Comfortable, trendy and stylish.
A total SCAM. Please don't order! I ordered the bed on the 27th May, wrote 2 follow-up emails, one received a response and one didn't. Silence since June, no refund and no parcel. Am so angry at myself for not having read this first.

Everything went wrong. I made the order of 3 vases after chatting with them online to confirm delivery dates. Goods arrived after a month. I chatted with them again and asked to cancel the order since I would not have been home at the time of arrival and goods were too late, but they said this was not possible. I tracked the goods coming from CHINA (no mention of origin on the website). When goods arrived I was on a business trip, I returned and opened one of the packages and was dismayed to see the quality was shocking the vases are horrible. I immediately emailed to ask for a refund (The packages are still sitting intact in my office) and they said it was too late... So I am stuck with very expensive vases of awful quality and no refund. DO NOT USE THEM. UPDATE further to their reply: I requested for the order to be cancelled before it even arrived, since it arrived after over 1 month from the order and it was NOT within their given time. I knew from the outset that I would not be present at the time of the arrival of the goods for over a month, and, to comply with their time frame, I requested for a refund and cancellation of the order before it even arrived. So their response is standard, and a further indication of their bad faith,

We booked a boat well in advance asking for a quote for a trip from Malaga to Maro, a specific destination we wanted to visit. We received a quote based on this enquiry and we accepted and paid. As we approached the date I texted more than once to request the navigation times to Maro but this question was ignored. I stupidly made nothing of it until the evening before the trip when I enquired once more on the meeting place and was informed that the boat was based in Marbella and that we were going to do a standard tour of Marbella. I was terribly disappointed because I had planned our whole 2 night trip on my visit to Maro, booked a hotel at the Malaga port to be close to the boat and really wanted that experience. I was told that I should have read that the boat was based in Marbella. No I shouldn't. I enquire for a specific service and a specific route on the basis of which I was quoted a price which I accepted. That is what I expected to receive. The crew was lovely and went out of our way to make us comfortable and have a nice day but it was not what I had booked. I don't think I will use Click and Boat again, I will stick to traditional Charter Agencies.

I ordered online from Nina perfect skin thinking it was French manufactured lingerie. After 1 month I received one item of the 5 ordered, it came from China, the quality was shocking and the rest of the items never arrived!

Bonjour Madame, votre commentaire est entièrement faux. Premièrement, vous avez passé votre commande le 3 juin et celle-ci vous a été livrée le 14 juin. Vous n'avez pas commandé 5 articles, mais 4, et tous vous ont été livrés. Il s'agit ici de diffamation pure et simple. Juliette.
Delivery of my first order was fast and on time. I tried the product and was blown away. Perfect, I placed another order but mistakenly put my billing address in the shipping line… I got in touch with customer service and they were super efficient. Recommend even for wavy hair.

Everything went very smoothly starting from the telephone booking. Rosy was very helpful in adding my daughter to a group of friends who had previously booked. The park is fun and safe and the kids had a fantastic time.
