Had to deal with Vanguard today and had an excellent experience. I spoke with Michael from Manchester, and he was fantastic really helpful, professional, and patient. He talked me through the whole procedure clearly and made everything so easy to understand. It’s rare to come across such great customer service. I highly recommend Vanguard they’ve got knowledgeable and supportive staff who can help with all your queries.

Had Community Fibre installed on the 17 July. Great experience, the engineers were professional, polite, and efficient. Installation was quick and tidy. The connection is a huge improvement over my last provider, with strong coverage throughout. I highly recommend them.

I was searching for an affordable all-in-one platform where I could build a website, create and host courses, and grow a community. After comparing several options, I chose Payhip and I’m glad I did. My website was setup, but I hit a snag when my domain was pending an SSL certificate. I was initially concerned about only having access to email support, but Catherine from the support team responded within a couple of hours and clearly explained the steps I needed to take. The issue was resolved quickly and professionally, and now I’m excited to move forward and launch my shop! 👍

I have been a GoDaddy customer for several years, there service used to be good and I purchased numerous domains from them and used their web builder service to build my business website.
Since April 22 2024, I've been contacting them constantly about an issue with two-factor authentication on my account which inexplicably stopped working after years of use. It took until April 28th for GoDaddy to sort that out and I regained access to my account. But I am now unable to reactivate the two-factor authentication, leaving my account insufficiently protected.
I have repeatedly reached out to GoDaddy about my inability to reactivate the two-factor authentication and on May 5th, they claimed to have resolved the issue, but they haven't as I still cannot set up two-factor authentication on my account!
Unfortunately, my interactions with GoDaddy have been limited to AI bots and customer service staff, rather than directly with technical personnel. They have not let me speak directly to tech support so I don’t know if there tech support are just incompetent or haven’t been properly told about the problem I am experiencing.
I regret choosing Godaddy as my web host, although GoDaddy's prices are somewhat lower than others like Wix's, in my opinion the time and effort spent dealing with Godaddy’s inadequate support ultimately make it more costly in the long run. For a business, relying on inefficient tech support is not viable.
Given my experiences, I would advise against choosing GoDaddy for hosting business websites.

A friend had used them and was very pleased with service etc and recommended that I contact them as I wanted a new computer chair. I ordered a new computer chair I had an online chat with Paul Wynn Sales & Web Manager who was very helpful. I recieved the chair fully assembled the day after ordering it. I am very pleased with the excellent service I recieved and recommend them.
