The postage fees were extortionate.

The postage fees were extortionate.
I was charged over £6 but the parcel that came
had a much lower postage charge.
Not happy at all for using the postage service to hike
profit.

The enzyme tablets I received were useless.

The enzyme tablets I received looked like nothing and did
absolutely nothing and I have experience in taking enzyme
tablets so I know what results to expect.
All I got was a film of scum on my teeth after taking only four
over two days.
They should have offered a return and refund when I contacted them
about the issue....but nothing.
