Multiple buyers, including my family, have reported receiving completely wrong items (small household items) instead of the furniture they ordered, such as beds and mattresses.

Anyone considering ordering should be extremely cautious.

The tracking number with Evri did not match the item. This appears to be a deliberate and intentional scam. It’s silly to think that a normal parcel shop can accept a item that big sized is stupid to begin with.

Avoid these scammers. Sending out emails claiming to sent from British Gas about payments in arrears.

No title or proper sign off. You can tell it’s a dodgy email. Aiden claiming it may “go legal”. You know christmas is around the corner when pockets are tight for them

The cake tasted great and arrived securely. However the positioning of the kunefe toppings was nothing like how it looked on the picture. It just looked like they slapped it on. I had to cut down the pieces myself so it can fit nicely. The chocolate shavings pieces were also uncut, making them uneven around the edge of the cake. Again, had to break up the pieces

Dodgy amateur scammers from croydon. Whatever you do, do not trust their website and do not be fooled by their webpage and fake online presence!!

They do not communicate or respond to instagram comments/dms or emails. checked to see if anyone responded and noticed their website was down as well like the review below said

My bank has refunded me my money as they failed to deliver the item i ordered. Bunch of time wasters! go elsewhere

Closed since June 2021. Now January 2022 and still closed after over half a year with no updates on when it will open. Definitely more than refurbishments happening than they are sharing to customers. Flats upstairs are being refurbed as scaffolding is surrounding the whole upstairs when it’s only a ground floor gym.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO USE THIS TERRIBLE AND UNETHICAL COMPANY ON THE LV WEBSITE. MY PARCELS MADE AT A LATER DATE FROM OTHER DELIVERY COMPANIES HAVE ALREADY ARRIVED YET I’M STILL TRYING TO RETRIEVE MY UPS DELIVERY!!! FIX UP

I’m sure the issue is not Louis Vuitton but UPS!! terrible delivery, my other parcels i’ve ordered AFTER have already arrived and yet my most expensive parcel is taking the longest with the worst customer service… how does that work??
