Very poor ,very dissatisfied with this…

Very poor ,very dissatisfied with this service .no reply to my several emails .only one booking done and dashboard details incorrect
.this feels more like a scam .would not recommend to anyone avoid

We’ve checked our recent records and couldn’t find any emails that went unanswered. It’s possible you may have sent it to our noreply address or landed in your spam/junk folder, so please have a quick check there as well.

Regarding the details in your Dashboard, all personal information and preferences are entered by the user. We do not modify customer settings without permission. If anything appears incorrect, it may have been entered mistakenly, but you can edit it at any time directly in your Dashboard.

You also mentioned that “only one booking was done.” Each account is designed to secure one test appointment, so if the bot successfully booked a slot for you, that means the service has worked as intended. If there’s something specific you would like us to help with, please let us know.

We also tried to reach you via Trustpilot, which requested your Submission ID, but we haven't received a reply, so we’re unable to verify your claim.

I was looking forward to starting my…

I was looking forward to starting my gym routine ,however I could not find the gym! It took me to Morrisons and after driving around for 30mins I had to give up , I am going to work afterwards I could lot have a shower and had to get changed I. The car,not a happy customer !

The gym is located on Queen Katherine’s Road, just off the A6. Just opposite Honda. You can view the club via the 360 tour on www.puregym.com/gyms/kendal/
