I had purchased a day pass as I live in the USA and UK, I was previously a member of spelthorne gym but didn't renew my membership as they haven't fixed their sauna yet, so slow. I decided to go to Pure Gym. Purchased my day pass yesterday middsy but didn't relise that it's only valid for 12 hours, after waiting 5 minutes as could not access the gym, the staff member Russell came downstairs and very kindly let me in as I was going to return home disappointed. Such a fantastic guy, not only is he a great ambassador for the company but he has definitely gained a new customer with his professional attitude and kind heart. Russell Houston is a huge asset to the company and should definitely get a bonus if not a promotion. As I will recommend Pure Gym to everyone I know. The machines are really good, not that busy in the mornings. Changing rooms are about 5 times bigger that the cupboard I'm used to at Spelthorne Leisure Centre. Really clean as well. I didn't have high expectations about Pure Gym but I was pleasantly surprised. Really good gym, with loads of machines. Great staff as Luke kindly let me out as I couldn't use my pin as it had expired yesterday mid night. Really a superb gym, with a fabulous superr star personal trainer, Russell Houston and manager Luke. I shall definitely return.

Absolutely disgusting,travelled from nice to London, no WiFi or charging points working. My phone was stolen, driver just shrugged it off. Never again, just fly next time.

Had my phone stolen in France two days ago, so landing back in the UK, I went to this branch to get my sim and new phone sorted, the Sales rep Elvis was on hand to explain tings and gave me a great recommendation, very efficient chap. Really grateful to him for a swift and pleasant experience. definitely the star over there.

Visited the brand in Staines and Diia was absolutely awesome and very helpful. She even had a magnifying glass for me to read the small print on the bottle. really nice and professional. Hope she continues in her role as she is definitely an asset to the company and with her talent and personality she will be very successful in life.

Just visited this branch in Staines Surrey this morning, Diia the sales assistant was absolutely awesome, very kind and knowledgeable about all products. She even had a magnifying 🔎 glass behind counter so I could check the ingredients. Definitely will return first class service.

The website was very easy and I got a call from the staff Vince Thomas, who helped me and was a great staff member. Really impressed with Vince Thomas and he should be promoted, a asset to the company.

Visited the branch today and the staff were amazing, especially Zaf and Nabeel. Really liked the products they had and made a purchase as the sofa will be delivered within 8 weeks by far the quickest delivery. Will definitely return again in the future as the staff make it worthwhile. Nabil explained everything so well and was very helpful.
