poor communication

Upon ordering some headphones for my daughter as a birthday present on the 4th October 2025 I questioned why my item was taking so long? so i email and to my reply was told the item had been delivered and was left in my brown bin that I had put out for the morning to be emptied in which it was at 7 am there was no card posted about this item and I was also at home the time they said it was delivered so god knows to why it was left on my bin.
so now the item was no longer there in which I contacted to raise this and to see what i should do? The reply was nothing they wouldn't contact Royal mail and go thought the process with them so I left it for 4 weeks and still nothing I then contacted them again and they said they was waiting on Royal mail still so I rang royal mail to be informed that they try and aim to reply within 30 working days so thought I would give it a few more weeks with it being Christmas too.
iv have since emailed yet again in the 6th January to raise my concerns about this issue to have had no reply since I have exchange 21 emails about this item and I either want a full refunded or the item being delivered again .

My daughter has been receiving…

My daughter has been receiving notification that her black box as been removed when it hasn't she was at a appointment and there was definitely no one in her car as it was in a secured car park, they told her her policy would be cancelled because of this, in which we rang and said that we had prove that she was at a appointment and there was no chance her devise was unplugged in which we was told there was nothing they could do and th policy got cancelled there was no reasoning with this company then after speaking the y sent her a speeding notification which was from the week before inwhich again she was at work so couldn't of been possible! They denied they could of been a fault with the black box and wasn't even willing to listen! I have filed a complaint and will be taking it further. Its hard for young driver as it is so now she as got to find yet more money for the deposit and a new insurance company! I would stay well away from this company its clearly cheaper for a reason and taking money of young driver and making out they are breach of there policy which is a load of rubbish!
