The gym itself is good but got some…

The gym itself is good but got some problems:
1) there are always problems with hot water in shower and usually it takes two months to fix it.
2) not enough equipment
3) price for membership goes up every 6 months
4) water machine for PLUS customers not working properly

Worst delivery service ever

Worst delivery service ever
Please dont use them
Fail two collection. Local depo not responding at all. Headoffice cant help at all and just lie about maneger call back for 3 days

And yourheadoffice can help at all
What about you will try to solve the problem and keep customers happy?
