My order arrived sooner than expected. The parcel was wrapped well and in full working order.

I ordered a part for my guitar on a Saturday. Received a call on Monday morning to say the part was actually out of stock. I asked for a refund. I received the refund in my account the next day, so no complaints. I would use BTN Music UK again.

There was a delay sending out my last order but they managed my expectations and the order was delivered as advised on the revised date. Never had any problems other than that.
