Time-sensitive delivery failure and poor resolution from Moonpig
I ordered a birthday card with paid next-day tracked delivery. The card arrived several days late — after the birthday had passed — completely missing the purpose of my order.
Moonpig’s customer service was slow to respond and dismissive, focusing on the card design rather than the timely delivery and message, which was the issue.
Despite multiple requests for a full refund and goodwill compensation, Moonpig only offered a refund or credit for the delivery charge — refusing to refund the card itself . Emails from them in the end were not nice , there was no Dear so and so or good afternoon....
I find this unacceptable and have escalated my complaint to RetailADR and Trading Standards. If you need a reliable service for time-sensitive occasions, consider other options.
