More follow up on new comers

What I dislike is there is no follow up or agents assisting customers on how to use and explaingi benefit of workouts or exercises or machineries Especially how to use them safely, but instead you are left out on your own .nowhere to turn to for help or guidance. It's a shame, though people are paying their money

Hi Salu. Thanks for taking the time to leave this review, we always appreciate and take on board member feedback.

Once signed up online you will have gym access straight away. However if new to the gym you can book on a Induction or a Get Started class via emailing the club direct or booking via the App.

If unsure on any piece of equipment or have any questions regarding your fitness goals/workouts please approach a member of staff on site who will be more than happy to help too. Thanks, PureGym

Reaching the final step of a long and tedious process

The process to reach the final hurdle was long and difficult , but the the conveyancing team did not get tred to pursue and reach out all the parts involved in the process. To contact the solicitor and his or her team was straightforward and getting feedback expected despite the seller solicitor was difficult to reach out and speed up the process. by the end we were encouraged by LIA INGLEBY our solicitor hard working , which at the end pays. finally we completed the purchase.Now we are homeowners. Thanks to their hard working
