The fact that you put the price up when…

The fact that you put the price up when you have at least 1 piece of equipment not working upstairs for last few minths
The Ladies toilet are not clean with sanitary bin full of dust and mark in floor door way which been there for months doess it ever get deep cleaned? Granted I've not been for few weeks as I've been training elsewhere but the standard of cleanliness and machine maintain etc will have not changed and has reminded me to cancel my membership due your ever ncreasing subscription

Hi Debbie - Thanks for taking the time to leave this review, we always appreciate and take on board member feedback. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can. Thanks, PureGym

Surprised to be ringing Canada…

It was a surprise that we spoke to Steve in Canada Nova Scotia when we rang to add to our multi car insurance
Steve was lovely helpful polite and Friendly and sorted us out
