I've been an online customer for ages and never had a serious problem. However I haven't got a smartphone, so the constant nagging to use a phone app instead of my desktop is a bit wearying. Especially the case when a recent first direct upgrade permanently froze the login screen on my Mac. Fixed after about three days.
