STAFF ARE UNHELPFUL, BE AWARE OF USING THEIR CARD OR SERVICES
I went in AL QUOZ and AL QUSAIS BRANCH and even talked to the branch managers; both will immediately tell you they cannot assist without even trying. I closed my card last month but they kept asking me to wait for 45 days wherein I told them it is needed for my loan, all other banks assisted me with no issues, CITIBANK, CBD, MASHREQ AND ADIB, - their branch managers will find a way to help you for your concerns, but RAKBANK will let you suffer in waiting as they don't care about their customers at all. Please use another bank if you want a professional service. The staff of this bank are so unhlepful. The AL QUOZ MANAGER even asked the security to assist me in calling the contact center instead of anyone in the customer service, what kind of service is that ?! what a poor customer service.
