STAFF ARE UNHELPFUL, BE AWARE OF USING THEIR CARD OR SERVICES

I went in AL QUOZ and AL QUSAIS BRANCH and even talked to the branch managers; both will immediately tell you they cannot assist without even trying. I closed my card last month but they kept asking me to wait for 45 days wherein I told them it is needed for my loan, all other banks assisted me with no issues, CITIBANK, CBD, MASHREQ AND ADIB, - their branch managers will find a way to help you for your concerns, but RAKBANK will let you suffer in waiting as they don't care about their customers at all. Please use another bank if you want a professional service. The staff of this bank are so unhlepful. The AL QUOZ MANAGER even asked the security to assist me in calling the contact center instead of anyone in the customer service, what kind of service is that ?! what a poor customer service.

Thank you Citibank for the great assistance and professionalism.

I need the closure email of my card as one of the requirements of my loan from ENBD, they are the only bank who acted immediately and provided me the needed requirements with no delay and any further difficulties, unlike RAKBANK, where I am still waiting for almost a month but full of delay.

Great service in Riyadh Airport!

Thank you Airssist Team for providing a great assistance to my sister and my father who is senior citizen during their arrival at Riyadh Airport. It was their first time in Saudi Arabia and they are quite anxious, but the service made it easier and smooth for my family. Will surely recommend your service to my colleagues and friends.

transaction was not completed according to the established schedule

Tabby is providing an installment plan with a specific payment schedule; however, this was not adhered to in my circumstance. The due date of one item is November, but it was charged today, October. 

I shared my concern, but agent was insisting that it was done manually from my end or maybe (the assumption of the agent) by someone who has access on my phone.

I am certain that it was a system malfunction, as no one else has access to my phone, except for me.

My credit card was overcharged due to the fact that the transaction was not completed according to the established schedule, which resulted in finance charges on my part.

It is preferable to pay for any services or items in full rather than encountering unforeseen charges without adequate support.
