Paid for day pass at gym entrance and…

Paid for day pass at gym entrance and was denied access told need an induction. No way to speak to the desk because of barriers. Wasted time, petrol wasted trip. Told need to email manager when the staff are just across the barrier. No help from staff even though they can see me standing at the entrance struggling to get in.

If you could get in touch with us directly with the Gym Manager/Member Services to provide more information (such as dates and times or names etc.) we can look into assisting you with this.

There is also an Assist button at the gym entrance you can press, when pressed a local member of staff will come to the door to assist you. Thanks, PureGym.
