I ordered a washer dryer which was easy to do and ao were coming out better for money which is why we went with them, I had a phone call the next day to confirm my order and to pass on any details like if there are stairs or issues the installers could face and the person I spoke to was really kind and helpful. I had a text the night before the installation day to state the time slot I had and the gentlemen turned up well within that time which was great. There were only a couple of things that sadly prevent me providing 5 stars... Two gentlemen turned up, 1 had a few years experience whilst 1 had only been on the job 4 weeks, the one with the lesser experience came in the house with shoe covers on to protect our carpets and was really careful with what he was doing, you could tell he was eager to learn and he did whatever he was told to do with a great customer service attitude. The one with more experience came in without shoe covers on and treaded mud all over our cream carpets because it was the day where it was really windy and wet outside, we then put towels down leading through the landing to protect what hadn't been stepped on and from the leakage that came from our old washer dryer. When they installed the washer dryer they were lining it up with the cupboards next to it but were not able to get the alignment and decided it was good enough that they then decided to leave. My partner and I spent the rest of that evening trying to balance the washer dryer so we could get the legs out to even balance it and to get the cupboards in line with each other. I understand integrated appliances are not easy but for paying the price we did for the installation I feel we didn't get the best service of that. Over all the installers were polite and friendly and the person I spoke to on the phone when we ordered gave a really nice service too.

Amazing experience

My experience at WED2B Camberley was amazing. I had to wait for an hour and a half when I arrived as all the ladies were busy with customers but we were informed from the minute we arrived and kept updated with the progress of moving up the queue. When it was my turn Cecile was amazing! She made me feel special, asked me questions what I thought I wanted and got some of the dresses I had liked but also gave me ones I wouldn’t have thought about. I was not rushed when it was my turn and was made to feel like a princess trying on around 10-12 dresses, we had a laugh putting on the dresses and she explained to myself and my family with me exactly what look we were going for with the dresses. I had a feeling with one particular dress but could not make the decision to say yes and walked away empty handed wondering if I had done the right thing, there was no pressure on the day to buy and I left feeling happy with my experience. Well come the evening I had a rough nights sleep and couldn’t get the dress off my mind and the next morning I arrived for when they opened where I tried on the first dress again and knew that was the dress meant for me wit Cecile again. All the ladies are really friendly and welcoming in store, I was not rushed and Cecile made the experience even more relaxing and special then I would and could have ever imagined. Cannot thank her enough for her help.

Best belts I ever bought him

The delivery of the belts were really quick and the prices are reasonable for the products. My partner loves his belts, says they are easy to use and are really comfortable when worn. Even though he pretty much lives in the two I got him (black and brown) they still look brand new and not creased or looking weak.

Would have been full 5 stars if not for the minor let down areas. Strongly recommend Sean Vignales

I was last minute calling up Car Planet Barnet to request to view a Nissan X Trail that I had seen on their website. Sean was amazing to fit me in later that afternoon and once we arrived we were treated with kindness and felt welcomed. We were there for around 4 hours constantly offered drinks and kept informed if we were sat around waiting at any point but this included in taking the vehicle out for a short test drive and Sean going through all the details with us, we were not hurried out the door right up to the end where the transaction was complete. The only things I didn't like was them (including Sean's manager) not taking no as a straight up first answer when we were offered the warranty, the Shurguard and the Safeguard, the reason I didn't want these was due to the value of the car I had only brought enough out to buy that day, the warranty would only work if I took the car to Barnet or Watford locations and I am not local so this wouldn't work or be worth the extra spend but we had to repeatedly say no and give a reason as to why we didn't want it.

I was a cash buyer on the day and although I do not expect a freebie it would have been nice to at least have had the car have a basic clean before I drove it off the forecourt on the same day or at least been given something towards the fuel as I had to test drive with only 12 miles left in the tank and after cash buying £18,880 it would have been nice to have even been given half a tank of fuel at least. I guess I have experienced too much luxury going to main dealerships but you would think they wouldn't let you drive off with next to no miles left in the tank. Overall, my experience was good and in all honesty Sean was really good us and I cannot fault him in the service he provided to us.

Love the gym but the under 16 attending is a problem

The staff are lovely and welcoming, majority of members who go are also friendly and welcoming and the classes are great.

The only downfall are the amount of under 16s that are going to this gym and taking up class spaces. If one of them hurts themself it will be penalty to the gym and if people chat up any of the under 16s it could lead to further issues and these under 16s are not being honest with their age.

Considering you are meant to be over 16 to join it doesn’t make sense how these under 16s are able to get in.

I don’t want this gym to close down because of these individuals getting in.

Other than this the equipment is great, it is never too busy and the new timetable looks exciting.
