I ordered some refurbished AirPods from this company and they worked for a day before one of them became faulty. To their credit they called for a follow up (which seemed a little strange tbh) to see if I was happy with the product and after returning them I got a full refund. Whilst not being happy with the product itself, the customer care was efficient and made a nice change.
