The bury st Edmund’s store is very dirty inside the floors are filthy and the tills and card machines are covered in thick dust, there’s always stock and fixtures all over the floor causing many slip and trip hazards. You are not greeted whilst in store, the customer service is non existent and if you ask a member of staff if they have a product or where something is they never show you they just point or say maybe we do upstairs. Service is poor and the manager is rude.
