Problem not resolved in the slightest
4th September 2025 Update.
Thank you for your message that you very kindly sent TWICE but I’m replying to inform you that the issue has not been resolved in the slightest.
What are you up to - your answer to the original complaint was an email saying how did you enjoy the joining process when in fact I had been promised an access code.
Now you write saying it’s been resolved when in fact nothing has happened at all???
