Our client base consists mainly of property managers, but it’s very difficult to reach them unless you have an established relationship with them. One of the questions we often ask when it comes to marketing is, How do we reach these people to gain new contacts and potential clients, especially in an industry that has a lot of turnover? We’ve been able to send several email campaigns, including our monthly newsletter, to more than just our contracted customers, but also to new potential customers. We’ve increased our marketing contacts 10-fold, and the number keeps increasing as we refresh our mailing lists with the SMART database periodically.
