Borderline fraudulent
Took weeks after device was received and multiple contact attempts for them to locate my laptop, they send me photos with metadata dating them to a week prior (before they apparently received it). In these photos there is damage that was not present on the laptop. They offered a lower price than the quote to compensate for this "damage". After disputing the damage and asking for videos with the damage where the serial number is present, I'm told that they are unable to provide more evidence and I am provided with the option to have it returned. After weeks of waiting and multiple follow ups, they finally ask me to confirm my address for the laptop to be shipped. Following this they ship it to the wrong address, thankfully I managed to get the laptop back, where conveniently the damage they reported, does not exist.
While they shipped back the laptop they did not ship back the charger, and when disputed point to their policy where it conveniently outlines that you're effectively donating them the charger if you decide you don't like their assessment.
