I wish all companies were like this!
I was in panic this morning when I realised that the 1000 flyers I got printed had qr codes on that didn't work. I was sitting with useless flyers for my event tomorrow!
Jess emailed me back and sorted it all out for me and within an hour life was calm again. Whaaat?
I am blown away with the level of customer service at Solopress, fast response, compassionate and truly customer focused, these days you can't even expect this level at John Lewis anymore.
