Dieses mal nur zwei Akku's nachbestellt,die ersten haben in der Kapazität sehr nachgelassen.
Lange Wartezeit beim Versand,vielleicht auch wegen der Weihnachtszeit.Keine Rabatte.

The front wheel kit is exactly what I needed to help with my commute in the winter here. So far it’s worked flawlessly, in -15 degrees and snow in the winter here. The quality is very high and it was easy to install. Extremely happy with it.

Bestellung kam pünktlich an, war alles gut verpackt und intakt. Montage problemlos. Aber dann, nach ca. 4 Wochen Betriebszeit die ersten Aussetzer im Fahrmodus. Nach weiteren 2Wochen ging garnix mehr, Akku defekt. Garantie-Ersatzteil wurde geschickt, musste aber den Versand bezahlen. Garantieleistung sieht für mich anders aus! Habe wieder alles ausgebaut, mir ist die Lust am E-Bike fahren vergangen.

Eine defekte Steuerung wurde anstandslos ersetzt.

Since I still had a spare Decathlon MTB available I decided to convert it to an eBike and use it for commuting. After some research I found this company which offered exactly what i was looking for, and ordered the rear wheel kit. Since they also have an EU based warehouse shipping was without problems, no import hazzle or anything. They Kit really is fitted within one hour. The manual is properly printed and with clear pictures showing the process. All tools are provided with the kit. The most time consuming part was swapping the tyre over, but even then 60mins max for the whole installation. Now for the ride experience, it is so good that instead of using it as a last mile commuter vehicle it has become my daily driver to and from work and replaces car or train transport on my 10km commute. The standard 7.8Ah Battery is good for 50km range in Level 2 out of 5. The 3A charger is lightweight and also powerful enough that you can take it with you if you know that you can charge it at destination (visiting friends family etc) which further increases the range. In Level 5 I was able to climb hills up to even 10% incline while remaining seated. It wasnt a walk in the park though, do not expect wonders, but without it I wouldnt even have considered attempting the incline. I have used it daily now for the last 6 months and had no issues. even in the cold winter days it remains reliable. I am removing the battery though and keep it inside to prevent it from getting damaged or lose capacity by the cold. The support was very responsive, 24h max and always friendly and constructive. 5 Stars from me all the way. If you happen to have a spare bike available within your family or so, this is a no brainer!

Apart from the parcel taking a long time to arrive in the UK but DPD was also given the wrong address!

It was a delivery related to a warranty claim. The problem was discussed in detail based on my description. I was offered a replacement of the affected component, which I found satisfactory. The replacement delivery was quick and straightforward.

Pues mi esperiencia fue satisfactoria pues tengo dos bicicletas con el motor Geeko y tuve algún problema con algunos componentes y me lo solucionaron en un periodo bastante prudente de tiempo. Yo les estoy muy agradecido. 👍💯

Vom Anfang bis zum Ende hervorragend. Die Bestellung war sehr schnell da, alles vollzählig. Leichter Einbau, tolle Unterstützung bei Rückfragen und nur gute Erfahrungen: 100gtech kann ich nur empfehlen.

Alles funktioniert einwandfrei, Stecker sind farbig gekennzeichnet und lassen sich einfach montieren, Einstellungen über App gehen ebenfalls leicht, Accu wird schnell geladen. Das einzige was nicht so gut gelungen ist, ist die Montage des Karenzsensors.
