Excellent products and great service

They have not done OK on this one. My battery failed just one or two months after one year of purchase which in Europe market means within warranty. They replied that their purchase conditions are 1 year warranty which is against European law. They just proposed a 20% discount on a new one. This is NOT ok 100G!

Pas de garantie, après 6 mois le moteur était défectueux et on me l'a envoyé en pièce détachée, sans la roue, ni le moyeu, le moteur est à monter soi-même, ce qui est impossible à faire tellement les vis sont collées et petites, j'ai mis tout à la poubelle, 1100 euros de perdue. Dialogue de sourd avec le SAV.

Great products, fantastic company.

After ready the many positive reviews, I decided to purchase the kit for my road bike. Upon delivery, the wheel does not align with the frame and is offset to one side. I had a bike shop align the spokes to make it work. Also, the brake disk rubs on the frame because of the same issue. The axle on the wheel kit is too long on one side, and too short on the other. It's obvious the axle is not manufactured or installed correctly. When I contacted the manufacture regarding this they said I was not eligible for warranty return as the wheel kit had been installed. This can't be true because the axle issue won't allow me to install it. I feel that this company has taken the low road regarding its return policy.
Update: after a few emails and more adjustments, I finally got the wheel kit to work. However, the brake disk is still very close and tends to rub even after installing the washer shims as instructed. I charged my review accordingly.

Delivery time, packaging, instructions, tools, and installation were all simple and great. The quality of the parts is excellent. The battery is big and heavy, which is expected for this capacity, and it performs really well.
Maybe it could be designed a bit longer and thinner, not only in the bottle shape — just an idea for the future. I also know that, like any battery, the range will never be quite the same as on the very first ride.
Overall, I’m really satisfied. Thanks for everything, and good luck with future improvements!

Excellent and extremely helpful conversation with company. Wasn’t sure exactly what I needed but they sorted out everything. Also fantastic product and quality easy to fit and setup following the manual. Would highly recommend the company and its products.

sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und permanent erreichbarer Kundenservice für Fragen vor und nach dem Kauf; zuverlässige, schnelle Lieferung; Ware wie beschrieben geliefert; das Umbaukit ist empfehlenswert, es lässt sich leicht selbst montieren und funktkoniert ausgezeichnet, allein für das Zusammmenfalten des Rades muss der Magnetring des Trittsensors verschoben werden; Unterstützung durch den Motor ist sehr kraftvoll und läßt sich hinsichtlich der Geschwindigkeit selbst über die App einstellen :))
klare Kaufempfehlung, ich würde es wieder kaufen
