Total waste of time as a fractional. They put out ads for a rate per hour, as if they have the clients on the platform for it (they don't). Havent had a single project since i joined beginning of the year. Total scam.

I just completed an AI project for a top 5 AI Lab through 10x.team. People that have submitted reviews need to understand that they are a start-up and that you will have to be patient. Like with many freelance platforms there is a matching process and lead time. My experience is that they work to a very high and professional standard. As of today, the project was closed on Wednesday, and the billing and payment process has commenced. I will provide another review from further experience with them

Had a great experience working with 10x as a fractional. Very user friendly platform and personal help during my assignments.

Total scam site. They offer you to help train AI systems, but what they do is have an AI driven interview when you onboard, and if you apply for a 'job posting' you have to go again through an AI-based assessment interview that gives you an evaluation task to see 'if you fit the profile' (duh): you're being used to pick your brains, but will never hear from them. My experience. 10X if you're listening in, challenge me.

Pretty sure it’s a scam. I was accepted and received a congratulations email almost a month ago now. When I went to complete thr background check through ZINC, I was told it needed a manual review and someone would look at between 7-10 days… well it’s been WEEKS now. I’ve emailed them 5+ times, haven’t recieved any communication back. Literally it’s gone radio silent. When I finally get In contact with Zinc customer support they tell me I need to verify in person and my “recruiter “ should have told me that… I had ZERO recruiter, so that’s not possible there. And in person? He says he’ll push my case and someone should follow up. Been a few weeks again… NOTHING.

So I went back… and Looking at the ridiculously high pay rate vs/hours, always remember if it’s too good to be true it probably is.

These people are unprofessional and I would never work for them (if you ever get to the stage where you’re able to LOL!)

Applied for the freelance 8-20 hours role, very promising offer. Had to complete the application within 48 hours, and got accepted. It's been 6 weeks since I got accepted. I asked when I can expect work, and they asked me to be patient. It feels like a complete waste of time.

Het is een scam. Of in ieder geval zonde van je tijd. Is een soort freelance platformen. Werven via LinkedIn met mooie beloftes. Hoop werk om in te vullen en aan te melden (persoonsverificatie lijkt overigens wel betrouwbaar, gaat via een derde partij). Vervolgens hoor je niks meer.

it seems to be a SCAM. I applied for a job, completed the interview, and was told that I had been approved. Then I completed the identity verification with their third-party provider, which even sent me an email confirming that everything was in order. However, on the platform I still appear as “pending.”

I’ve sent them two emails asking them to review it, and even though they claim to respond within 24 to 48 hours, it’s been more than 10 days and I’ve been completely ghosted.

I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with this company. They could also be using your data for other purposes, which honestly wouldn’t surprise me.
