Utter scam
Utter scam, I’ve received 12 emails since 08:41am on Friday 10th April 2026 and still counting. I cannot log in to their system, ignoring how difficult it was to sign up in the first place. I’ve also instructed my bank to cancel any requests for payment and ensure they retrieve the £1 authentication charge.

I'm gutted to rate this company one…
I'm gutted to rate this company one star! They've taken three £12.00 payments which were not authorised. I raised a complaint and they claimed to have issued refunds. One month later no refunds. I'm currently trying to resolve this matter as they continue to stall. Today I have three new pending £12.00 transactions! Total scammers. I now have to cancel my bank card. BEWARE!

Avoid. Just like many other reviews, you sign up for the free listing, they charge a £1 to be refunded straight away, on the guise that it is to confirm your details and then after 7 days they charge £12 signing you up to their 'Prime Business Listing'. Plus your bank details are saved to your account with no way of removing them yourself. They have to do it. I have emailed them 3 times now and still nothing has been done about it. Should be ashamed of themselves. Will be reporting to Ofcom. Had no problems with other directories such as Yell.

118 business directory. Offer FREE LISTINGS. Charge £12 from my bank account with no authority to do so. On a Sunday too, when it's most unlikely to check bank accounts - 'weekend'!!!
Just to make sure, I applied for another free listing today with 'dicky' name and phone number, only to be taken down the same path of... £1 to verify it's yourself. The promise of this going back into your bank account. It's the unauthorised £12 out of my bank account that is unacceptable. No mention whatsoever of a sign up!!!

Free listing is now after scammers 8 day a paid…
Free listing is now after 8 day a paid prime listing that was never agreed..can't access my so called account to do anything about it,have emailed to remove the listing which can apparently be removed at anytime..not got a response as of yet... complete scam to steal money..

I asked for a free business listing. They wanted a £1 deposit for proof. Now they’ve taken £12 as well from my bank account I did not authorise.
I explained by phone.
