Amazing! Can’t rate high enough, for someone struggling with fitness, I didn’t just get through this class I smashed it! Mainly because of the encouragement from Bella!

As a newbie to rebel classes this was a great experience. I knew what I needed to be doing with lots of support and challenge throughout. Can’t believe how much fun it was and Bella the class trainer personalised the experience and kept everyone on track. Will be back

I love training at 1Rebel. Bella’s Reshape classes are my fave, always the best vibes! I leave every class feeling amazing and ready for the day!

Having attended the ‘Ride’ class on Saturday 22nd October, I would definitely recommend rebel to all family and friends! Not only was the class both challenging and motivational, but the staff and front of house team were exceptionally friendly and welcome.

Class was incredible! Bella, the trainer, made everything so enjoyable, whilst the class was challenging I never felt that I didn't know what I was doing as there was continuous support throughout. Bella had stepped in to cover but she was excellent nonetheless. The gyms facilities are brilliant and the studio that the class is in makes this a real experience.

I have been training at 1Rebel for 6 years, tried every type of class they offer and would not go to another gym in London. The trainers are amazing, facilities are excellent and there are so many familiar faces it really does feel like a family. Its obviously at a higher price point than budget gyms in the city, but nowhere near the prices of some others like Equinox, and in my opinion you get what you pay for. Shoutout to the GM's who run the clubs, especially Bella and Louis who are always smiling at Angel and Southbank.

I did the reformer class and it was amazing. 10/10 would recommend, made me feel great. I will be coming back!

I wasn’t sure what to expect but I did a reshape class and loved it. It was such a great workout, hard but so much fun! Everyone was very nice and made me feel very welcome. Will definitely be returning!

I’ve done a few classes now with Bella at Hammersmith and Covent Garden and she has been amazing. Classes made really fun and as someone who doesn’t often enjoy exercise 1Rebel makes me actually enjoy the experience. :)

Such a great energetic place!!! Been a few times and the trainers are so full of spirit! Would 100% recommend! Can’t wait to go back! They work you hard!

I love going to Reshape at 1Rebel! Have been to the ones at Oxford Circus and in Angel & every time I go I feel leaving amazing, refreshed and strong. Bella the trainer whose classes I have been to normally, really pushes everyone to really do and feel their absolute best, she’s super motivating and also has the best tunes! Highly recommend.

I’ve been to 1Rebel for 2 different classes recently and have thoroughly enjoyed both!

I did a “Reshape” class at the Angel club and a “Ride” Class at the St. John’s Wood club and both experiences were the best I’ve had at any gym.

The staff at the front desk were super helpful and the facilities are top notch… complimentary towels, water bottles and the changing facilities / showers were super clean! Absolutely loved the post-exercise cold towels - a great little touch!

The classes themselves were insane… in a good way! gyms / classes I have been to in the past can be pretty intimidating and although the classes are intense, there is absolutely no pressure to keep up with the rest of the class.

The instructors were both great and really gave a boost of energy and encouragement throughout. Really liked how the instructor at the “Reshape” class was calling people by name to offer encouragement… It’s the little touches!

The studios are another level. It’s like being at a concert!! The production, lighting and sound is crazy good and makes the class so much more enjoyable.

Best experience I’ve had at any gym / exercise class and for those who are intimidated by high intensity classes, don’t be! Some people who go are absolute beasts but it feels like a good community and such an enjoyable place to exercise.

Amazing workout and team at Rebel! Was so apprehensive going along but was made to feel totally comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!

The best workout in London. The team are so friendly and always make me feel so welcome, even though I'm still quite new to fitness. And the workout is incredible. 1Rebel has changed my life.
