Very slow service today ! Had eaten my food well before the coffee arrived !

I’ve been subscribed for about a year and have been buying the House Beans from 200 Degrees throughout. It’s so good I find myself going through 2kg every month. The quality is consistently high, with the roast date typically within five days of delivery, which makes a big difference in freshness.

The only issue I’ve experienced is the occasional damaged bag due to fairly thin outer packaging. That said, their customer service has always been quick to respond. Any time I’ve raised it, they’ve sent out a replacement the next day without fuss.

Highly recommended for both the coffee and the service.

I went to do the beginners barista course in Nottingham and it was such a fun experience. I came back with so much knowledge and finally made a decent latte at home. I would really recommend this course for anyone beginning their coffee journey as the lesson is packed with all you need to know with plenty of on hands experience too. Big shout out to Ligita she is a fantastic teacher!

Had the most amazing experience at 200 Degrees Nottingham doing the Beginner Barista course with Ligita. Ligita was incredibly knowledgeable, remarkably patient and kind and had both me and my son turning out a competent espresso and steaming/texturing and pouring milk to a point where we feel comfortable and confident to practice and experiment at home. The afternoon far exceeded my expectations and was interesting and enjoyable. Thanks Ligita, absolutely loved the whole experience.

Recently attended the Beginners course at Manchester.

Went in with absolutely zero knowledge, not even been close enough to touch an espresso machine before.

Our trainer was super friendly, very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Left feeling more confident about using the machines and can't wait for the next course to further skills.

I recently took the Coffee Beginners course and had a great experience. Everyone was very welcoming and the hospitality was excellent. The teacher was polite, humble, and explained everything clearly. I really enjoyed the course and learned a lot.

Erica our tutor for the 3 hour beginners course was very good.
The downside was that this course was over subscribed. It clearly states a maximum of eight persons. On arrival there was 10 people present.
The coffee machine's only catered for 8 persons therefore we had to wait to use them.
2 people were not even sat at the table they sat behind on chairs.
Erica managed the course well and was apologising for the oversubscription.

Great at delivery, however coffee is too fine for my espresso machine

I have a latte with a good mate at the 200 degrees in the Derbion. The staff are always very friendly.

I decided to have a go at the beginner and intermediate Barista course’s over in Nottingham. I got the train over in the afternoon.

Both classes were great fun finding out a bit more about coffee and having a go at making lattes and espresso’s.

Excellent customer service. There was a minor problem with the delivery of an order; although the issue was with the delivery company rather than 200degrees, they resolved the issue without question. Reece in particular was polite and helpful and went out of his way to sort it out. Thanks 200degrees!

The quality and taste of their coffee beans is exceptional and the service is second to none … i recently made a mistake in an order and they sent me a replacement bag of coffee beans the next day without me even asking…. Thats excellent service
