I had a great experience at 200 Degrees Coffee Roasters. The staff were knowledgeable and kept everyone engaged, creating a welcoming atmosphere. There were lots of opportunities to practice, which made the session really hands-on. I’m definitely going to book more courses with them!

Not an experience in the place itself but I applied for a job here and had a phone interview on 27th August. All went well & then I told to to wait for a trial shift. Didn't hear back so I sent a quick email to confirm & turns out they were given the wrong phone number. Mistakes happen, it was fine. Had a trial shift on 3rd September, was told by the manager I was really good and they'd love to offer me the job. I recently had moved back to the area so wasn't fully settled and was told I could ask for a starting date which was 2 weeks from the trial shift (16th Sept). She said it was fine and that was it, we then set up a date for me to come sign a contract. Unfortunaley on my fault, I had to call 999 on the Wednesday morning of that contract signing and asked nicely if I could change the contract signing date which again, said it was fine and then it was changed to the Wednesday after(the supposed week I'd be starting). Got a phone call the day before, stating that the lady who would be conducting my interview wasn't going to be able to make it and now they would like to push my start date further back as they were still interviewing and wanted to start everyone at the same time which I felt a little nervous about being told that but just agreed and left it. I left a message after a week asking if there were any updates, was told no and then asked again to be ignored, was continously ignored every week until the 16th August where I messaged asking if I was to assume I no longer had the job and was then told the vacancy was filled and I was no longer needed. Would have appreciated at least a message explaining this & to not just keep me waiting around. In none of the messages was I rude or demanding, just patient and I had started to assume I had no job at some point but would have prefered some validation of this.

The coffee beans are freshly roasted, they grind perfectly and the taste is exceptional. This is the second time I've purchased the beans and I'll definitely be buying more.

I had previously asked a question, and it was answered very quickly, and they were very friendly

I had trouble booking the experience on line as the date that I needed would not allow me to. (A problem with the dates listed online)
However I eventually found a telephone number to ring and then I booked the Beginners Barista Course with a very efficient and friendly guy named Reece. Thank you!
