I have ordered severall pieces for the office desk.
As unfortunately some of the products, I have ordered, were not available anymore in the ordered colour, the company quickly and very friendly contacted me. And we could easily solve the the issue to my satisfaction.

I will certainly order again from 20s design.

Adquirí una estilografica Montegrappa y todo funcionó perfectamente.
Los correos electrónicos solicitando información o alguna aclaración eran respondidos casi instantáneamente.
Un error al elegir el plumín fue solucionado inmediatamente y el envío llegó rapidísimo. Venía acompañado de una atenta nota y de un regalo, un estuche individual del color de la estilográfica.
Según mi experiencia es una empresa que rebosa profesionalidad, experiencia y amabilidad. Así se comprende que hayan cumplido 100 años.
Volveré a comprar y la recomiendo sin ninguna duda.
