Awful service.
Opened an account and they refused to honour the free bet as they took 24hrs to verify my account and claimed my first bet was made an hour after they decided to cancel the offer.
The bet won anyway so I decided to withdraw the winnings. They are still sat in the account showing pending and are not being released.
The online chat function doesn’t work and the e mail address doesn’t work. Seems this is a similar experience to others. Avoid them as they are useless

I too am having the same issues as other users, deposited £10 and took advantage of their new joiner offer and fairly won £50. After a couple of weeks i emailed and they told me to wait as they were having payment issues, after a week i contacted again and they asked for my Ids bills etc. i provided multiple evidence and answered all their questions, they referred me to another team who never got in contact and then blocked me from logging in. I wom this £50 two months ago and they have STOLEN this money from me like it seems they have with many others. Rotten company and i will be reporting them

Avoid the slots. They NEVER pay out anything. Lost track of how many deposits at minimum bet never lasts very long. Much better sites out there. I'm sure they give the standard reply how they are monitored etc. As if the average gambler could check it out. Just another ripoff.

I had 2500e on my account and they closed my account, no withdrawal, I lost all my money.

The people who run this company are scumbags! I put a £10 bet on won £110 and tried to withdraw the money in my account.
They simply wont process the payment I’ve sent in numerous documents and emails to verify the account but they still refuse to release the payment.
The gambling commission really should intervene and shut this fraudulent company down.
Unless you want to be conned out of money don’t bet with this company as they will take your deposits but refuse to pay out winnings.

Terrible terrible bookie. Been trying to process a withdrawal for 5 weeks. I've been verified and they keep asking for more documents.
I send the documents and they wait a week to confirm and yet my withdrawal is still pending. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.

I would give 0 stars if i could. No customer service, no responses to emails, live chat is never online. Withdrawals sitting pending with no sign of being processed. Restricted after about 10 bets on ascot event. Service needs licence withdrawing.

One trip to google will show up the amount of negative reviews and complaints on these guys, save yourself the stress and hassle and leave well alone

Update: did get money eventually and we all got a BS email about Severe technical issues etc meaning a delay over that ascot weekend...all the other bookies on same sports betting platform had no issue, shambles and restricted anyway so they can waste some other customers time instead

I tried a new site and they introduced many new markets for other sports, which is amazing, my verification process was very quick and withdrawal processed smoothly

They have not paid my money for several months. Support for weeks repeats a fairy tale about technical problems. They do not want to pay my money.

I was looking at bet365 same time as bet21 and the match had finished about 13 seconds before bet21 so that means I play betting is a scam

I can not say anything bad about this company, will continue betting with these guys. One of the best sites in the UK.

Not sure what the other issues are in regards to getting money out. Since the new site, i emailed the one provided, got my dosh and signed up and playing on the new 21bet site. Real improvement. More markets, loads of depth to the offering for me as a sports punter. Cant comment on the casino, dont play it.

I received an email from 21bet informing of a move to a new site. It didn’t say the old site was already switched off. It gave an incorrect email to contact FSB to recover funds. FSB have sent the below email assuring me that funds are secure. I’m more likely to trust FSB as the platform and not bet21 who moved between platforms without even informing FSB. I’m certainly not dealing with bet21 again.

We are contacting you to provide clarity over the recent email you may have received from 21bet. We want to assure you that your funds are safe and your pending bets and withdrawals will be honoured.

Because of the unapproved actions taken by 21bet yesterday, you no longer have access to your betting account. As a result, you are unable to request a withdrawal through the normal process. Because our customer services team is now handling an unexpectedly high volume of customer communications, we will need to migrate your account to another site on our licence to provide you with the level of customer support that you would expect to receive.

This will provide you with full access to your account, including your deposited funds and betting history. If you then wish to withdraw your funds from this site, your withdrawal will be processed within 1-3 working days. FSB Technology (UK) Ltd (“FSB”) are the licensed operator for the account you held on the 21bet website. 21bet are the brand owner and as the marketing partner they were responsible for driving traffic to this site. They are now using their 21bet brand and URL to promote another operator’s website. FSB does not have any affiliation or ongoing relationship with 21bet or their new operator, Incentive Group Limited.

At 17:00 on April 25th 2019, 21bet redirected their URL to this new website. At the same time, they sent out a communication to all players urging you to withdraw your funds from FSB and to re-register with the new 21bet site. The email was not approved by FSB and was not factually correct. In what we can only assume was a deliberate attempt to cause confusion, the “help@” email address that they sent is not a working address.

We apologise for the confusion this has caused. We can assure you that your deposited funds are ring-fenced and safe and are held in segregated bank accounts with us at Barclays.

We have already informed the Gambling Commission of the above. We will attempt to contact the new operator of the 21bet site to share your responsible gaming settings. If customers have self-excluded, have a closed account or are currently using our time out facility we would normally have already transferred this information to the new operator of the 21bet site. Any self-imposed limits you have put on your account will need to be reset if you chose to open an account with the new operator.

Wow take note, these guys have just changed the set up and gone to a new site with no warning, they disabled all the old accounts and locked people out of £'s held in them as a result with no way of getting at their money as no one can get into the old accounts or funds held in them to withdraw.
No response to emails as the help email is defunct, absolutely unsatisfactory and one for IBAS or civil court if not rectified.
Think twice about opening or leaving a balance with them.

Introductory offer is a total sham - they wormed out of paying free bets completely - and their Live Chat 'service' just regurgitates stock answers at you. Am also very concerned about getting any money back after reading other people's experiences. Avoid at all costs. There are so many better bookmakers and betting sites out there.

Just horrible. They promote having a "live chat", yet when you press the live chat button the only option you have is to send a message.

This company does not even have a telephone phone number, so basic customer service is out of the window, I warn you to stay clear away from this shabby lot.

There is a lot more negatives I could say, but ive said enough for you to go somewhere a lot safer.
